40000 kms done 2016 kwid. Not a single problem. Servicing has always been smooth. Had long journeys till Nepal and Bhutan. Drove 1000+ kms nonstop without issues.. easily gives 23kmpl in cities.. Spacious and comfortable. Even the AC works so much better than that of Alto.. honestly the only downside is the engine sound, the rest is too good for its price segment.. Maruti is overrated!!
Not saying Maruti Alto is bad. I love it too, cute compact car, ive driven both but overall i chose Kwid.
Maruti is smooth and engine is very refined. Whereas in kwid it produces very irritating sound. But look wise kwid is better

I'm using kwid for more than 10 years n I have experience alto n kwid..don give false guideline my kwid is still in excellent condition..kwid is much better than alto so buyer if u can handle or maintain well even scooty will beat scorpio..

i drived kwid rxl 1.0 over 4000+km. no issue found till date..milege and prformnce also not bad..my verdict-- far better and comfortable than Alto which i drived morethan 5 long years.

मेरे पास kwid 800 2019 model है । करीब 30000 km चल चुकी है । मुझे इस में 24 km per litre मिल चुकी है सिटी में करीब 16-17 मिल जाता है । over all 20 से ज्यादा की average दे रही है ।
मैं इस video तक इसलिए पहुंचा , qki आज मारुती showroom गए थे पापा और मैं ,, confuse होके लौट आए 😅 ,,, मैंने सोचा पहले alto और kwid के बारे में अच्छे से जान लूँ तब लूँगा !!!!!!

If you are tall or overweight, then Kwid is far more comfortable to get in and out. Also Kwid has a heavier metal body so safer. Front seats are of premium quality like in more expensive cars and car is wider. There is good gap between front passengers. In alto my elbows and knee room is less and Suzuki has used alto as a cash cow without upgrading materials since 25 years. My family has both so I feel Kwid is more modern and value for money

My Dad bought the very first edition Alto at the end of 2006, which went very well on narrow roads for instance at Sagarpur, Janakpuri, New Delhi also on city roads with smooth riding with no engine or any other issues. Undisputed till the very end, sadly the journey is going to be over for our Alto after 15 yrs.😢

Have recently purchased Kwid RXL at 4.85 l .Must say that Kwid is much better than Alto 800 with respect to looks ,features,riding comfort ,digital instrument panel ,ground clearance ,Drl led lights and many more .kwid gives you a feel of mini SUV and looks much muscular than Alto 800.
If any chance a collision occurs ,chances of survival in kwid is way more than Alto coz of its muscular body.
You know that the muscular looks is just fibre. You could break it with a punch!!

As an ex kwid owner... I would like to share with you that... In terms of looks only kwid is best. But this car is one of the worst car in indian market.. Always having different complaints, no resale value, worst service.. Not worthy upto the money,. At least alto is having resale value... And maintance cost is very less compared to any other cars and gives good mileage also

Alto surviving only owing to its wide spread service center and availability of technician , otherwise all the Maruti models are vintage type and the design is the worst , If Maruti brings out better models like Kwid or Tata it can survive ,there is no future attractive to new consumers in Maruti
