2004 PTF, brought mail back, my pm manager, great supervisor, why u bring mail back, well its getting late, no, go deliver the mail, yes mam, afterwards, we dont bring mail back, you called yes, but had nobody to help, u just keep delivering, we serve the public, My God, how times have changed, now trays of mail returned, management just deliver parcels bring mail back, never like this before. We serve tbe public, not anymore.
A carrier got a LOW for failure to follow instruction/ unauthorized overtime. Carrier did not fill up a 3996 and did not call. What should be the defend?
What about routes that are not fairly evaluated? My route, I'm lucky to be done by 4:30 on Mondays and Tuesdays I have a 3rd bundle of ads. This harassment is getting ridiculous. I dont dick around, I try to keep a fair pace and do my job. I've gotten PDI twice because of unauthorized overtime. I'm waiting to be put on work restriction. Ik I'm not perfect but I'm not terrible either. I have a 12 mile route with a lot of walking and packages, yet I have that piece of shit van.
Why don't you put in a 3996 in the morning and send RIMS messages asking for further instructions when they disapprove them? Also why don't you put in for a 271G special route inspection if your route is out of adjustment.
I Am a carrier and I Am somewhat confused, I turned in a 96 but it is dissapprovd and then given conflict instructions to return by a certain time with all mail delivered. Can you please advise?

I would say if management does not respond they must return with the mail.. if not it is not authorized
