With the current technology advamcement, its a shame nobody is brave enough to make a remake of this classic, for me hands down one of the greatest arcade game of all time
I've been searching and looking for this game for a long time and finally found it!! I remember playing this game back in the 90s but forgot the name of it. All I remembered was you shoot out these blue oval shaped bullets and sure enough, this is the game I remembered. At first I thought it was Alien 3 the Gun but not a chance lol. Revolution X, Terminator 2 Judgement Day, Lethal Enforcers 1 and 2, Time Crisis I and II, Space Gun, Alien 3 The Gun, Crime Patrol, Area 51, Maximum Force, Mad Dog Mcgree, Steel Gunner, so many great legendary gun arcade games from the 90s.
On the 2nd path on where you select which direction, I choose right first to gather more special weapons, destroying more aliens, rescuing hostages, and getting the invincibility armor before you head back to the other direction
That reminds me... I seem to recall another run and gun arcade cabinet which looked very much like this, but it actually had the Xenomorphs as the enemies. Does anyone know if there actually was one or my memory is faulty and it was actually this game I was thinking of? (Mostly because of the motion detector in this game.)
I remember when my little brother and I played it for a couple of times, we got the bad ending, which is techniquely that we killed ourself. We had no idea back then how not to use explosive rounds. :D

The trick was to let the _space gun_ cool down or you won't kill the aliens efficiently! Same for the great Alien 3 arcade game!
