While Bacchanal may have much more selections, however, the selections are like a collection of "cheap to make" type of food from many countries. Their crab legs were tasteless and I can't even go back for seconds. There are just too many people for them to handle. There were lines at every station. Their dessert now is way worst, it like all ordered from the outside. The Palm lobster night is a nightmare , the lobster tails were premade and was cold. They dip in it in warm drawn butter trying to cover it up. Some of the tails were rotten, the server keep throwing them away and some still got served. The lobster were tough and chewie. They give lobster buffet a really bad rep. On the strip, I think Wynn and Wicket spoon are the best IN TERMS OF QUALITY for now imho.
Great job on filming. I like how you show the food without going through the stations so fast like some other TH-camrs. I’m sure it can get a little difficult especially with a line of people. Love your honesty when critiquing.

I’m still wheezing from Bill’s ill-eagle joke 🤣 HAHAHAHA!!! Glad to see you both at Wynn. I’ve been staying there exclusively since 2018 and I love it so much. I haven’t been back to the buffet since their reopening. There was this delicious banana sticky toffee pudding at the dessert section and they never brought it back since reopening. 😭 It was crazy good! We’re finally going back to Bacchanal in two weeks and I’m curious how it compares to pre-2020.
Seafood is one of the main reasons to pay the higher price at the Bacchanal. If you aren’t a big seafood fan,you should just enjoy the Wynn Buffet. I’ve had both and the Wynn Buffet is my favorite of the two. Great video. Have a great time in Vegas.
the prime rib, in the middle, looks medium rare, so i was surprised you said it was medium well done. but the outer cap was more done but i agree, that is the best part. i think this is why so many steak houses now show pics and give descriptions of how meat is cooked. many people have their own conception of what medium or medium rare, etc, is. but its ok, it all tastes great.
I like the Wynn because the line at the stations wasn't crazy. When I visited the Bachannal, it was 20 minutes to get to the crab. Both were amazing with the Bachannal with the better overall selection but the Wynn just flowed better and the optional unlimited drink package made me tipsy happy at the Wynn.
The Bacchanal Buffet is by far my favorite buffet in Vegas. The Prime Rib and crab legs alone are heavenly. In fact, that was probably the best prime rib I have ever had, and it was from a buffet! 😂😂😂 And I can tell you I have spent alot of money on prime rib meals across this country. The Bananas Foster Crepe was also the best thing I have had in a long time!
For us, we chose Bacchanal because even though it’s more expensive, I felt the quality seems a bit better and more importantly, you have to pay $125 extra for lobster at Wynn while at Bacchanal they have lobster claws and meat on the buffet -being new Englanders, we prefer lobster over crab but we like both! So having lobster is important to us

I'm becoming a big fan Bill's rib looked like a Fred Flintstone size the beef stew Lisa was eating looked wonderful we would eat bread with it when mom would make it ❤️
We have not tried the AYCE lobster buffet yet, just the regular dinner. Our friend, DanVsWorld recently reviewed the lobster buffet there, video on his channel.
We really enjoy all of your video's. Yes, both buffets are worth their price point. If you guys happen to be in Las Vegas on a Sunday or Thursday, please try the beef ribs at Jessie Rae's BBQ. We went there because of your review, but really got lucky because it was Sunday, beef rib day. All of the food there was excellent, but the rub they use (made in house) was top notch. Sauce always on the side, but not needed for us. Thank you both for the video's .
Just wanted to add that we went to Jessie Rae's BBQ July 10 for the beef ribs, sad to say that the ribs just didn't have the flavor that we experienced the previous visit. Maybe just a off day for the beef ribs, smaller in size now. Everything else great, service excellent.
Great video and I totally agree with you. Just wanted to let you know that the crab claws are Jonah not Jonas. The difference is that the Jonas crabs sing really well with their brothers. 😂🤣😂
I remember when Rio's seafood buffet and Bellagio gourmet buffet were the best on the strip during the 80s and the Main Street buffet downtown was sumptuous and the lines were always long....and they were cheap. Those were the good old buffet days.
I could never justify the cost of the Wynn buffet because I cannot eat that much. My husband went and he spent almost 2 hours there before they put a time limit on it ( pre-pandemic times). I'll stick with the $4.79 coney dogs at the D, thank you very much! 💗❤💗❤💗❤💗❤💗
I love your videos but fast forward through the endless plates of red meat. What I heard was that the Wynn wants to charge for lobster which you can get ayce claws at the Bacchanal. Have been to and enjoyed both, but would like to have heard things like comparing the middle eastern and Asian foods. Which has better oysters? Which has better mashed potatoes? Better cerviche? Those things seem to always get skipped over for who has better beef and pork. Plate after plate. Your dessert looked great!
It’s been along time since we’ve been to the Wynn buffet. I remember we went at about 2:30 in the afternoon so that we paid the lunch price and got the dinner food that was served after 3 PM.

Just at Wynn's Buffet last night on June 28th Early for dinner at 5:30. Saw the last of the chilled crab legs, they were not sawed open and was rudely told by the chilled crab server that was not going to be served. Do not expect chilled crab legs all you want. I did complain, because I would have chosen to go elsewhere. After two complaints and hours of waiting the pleasant chef must have heard and brought out a huge plate of chilled crab legs, these also were not sawed open. The best was the Prime Rib. We were celebrating husband 80th birthday, we have had better birthdays
Sorry to hear this. Sounds like the Prime Rib came to the rescue. If in Vegas again for your husband's 81st, we recommend the Eiffel Tower restaurant at Paris. Much classier than the Wynn buffet. =)
I'm really sad at the state of buffets post covid. The green valley ranch casino out in Henderson had the best buffet for the price in Las Vegas. Unfortunately I don't think its coming back.
I love the Wynn so much. Definitely wanna try the buffet. My wife and I were thinking about going to Baccanal but the price was way too high to justify going. Rather go to a steak house personally for that price.

I went to the Wynn Buffet a couple months ago. It's a pretty atmosphere. I mostly ate the surf and turf--crab plus prime rib. There was a time when places like that served King Crab but now it's just snow crab and a very delicious crab claw. Everything else at the buffet was uninteresting. The famed desserts were pretty but not tasty. The Asian elements were geared toward the non-Asian palate. So, I am glad for the experience. But it wasn't a great value for someone like me.
They actually have amazing channel with a lot of food places all over the world. My wife and I love Bill and Lisa! Hours and hours of sitting down watching their videos.
Are there just less buffets now than before COVID because of the health concerns or less people? Do you think restaurants have been able to bring back the same quality as before the pandemic? Always love you guys--living large!!

Palms Resort is a good choice. Close to Chinatown buffets.

I would say still the best quality and bang for your buck is the wynns buffet, roughly the same quality and choices as Bacchanal at half the price.

Some buffets have not returned yet, and sadly may never make a return. As for quality, seems to be hit or miss.
