    Thank you, finally understood how relativity theory applies to GNSS -- time correction.

    As a retired airline pilot, I helped usher in GPS navigation into the system. One day I was ask how we set time. I explained that time was automatically imported from the satellite. For lack of a better name, I just called it "Star Date Time". If it was good enough for Captain Kirk, it was good enough for me.

    Amazing! Thank you very much for this wonderful video presentation.

    Please be aware, Eduardo narrates the same content with his own voice on the Spanish and Italian versions, but needed to use a synthesized voice for the English ones. And please keep this in mind if one runs across a potential error or confusion that could be attributed to a language barrier.
    I was motivated to write this after an arrogant prick embarrassed himself by rudely pointing out…issues…that met this criteria, on one of Eduardo’s transistor series videos.
    Since it’s obvious he’s not intending to intentionally mislead and immediately assume someone is an idiot, it is more appropriate to think there may be another reason for the confusion. And please, above all, critique respectfully! I have never respected (nor finished reading their rant) anyone for this behavior and I’m always surprised and disgusted when adults behave like petulant children in these forums.
    Like most people, I prefer a human voice but that would be very expensive in this case. I’m grateful he published his content in English, as I really appreciate his perspective, insight, knowledge, and of course his 3D models, as they go a long way reinforcing the text w animation.
    Thank you, Eduardo!

      So hire a real human English speaking voice artist with technical background. Synth voices are cool, but they get a lot wrong.

    I know this is a big ask and you’re obviously very busy; would you consider having your remaining Spanish videos (and Italian ones, if those apply) translated to English? I find so much value from your content and the balance you strike between time, simplicity, details, and of course the superb animation support.
    I’m fairly new to electronics and I enjoy the component level of detail. I know there are still a lot of fundamental type electrical and electronics concepts to write about, at the same time, I hope you’re considering feedback and requests.
    1:) I hope you keep expanding your electronics videos.
    2:) Of interest are more complex ICs (OpAmps and timers, for example, their schematics, animations of the IC components that are within the chip, some simple example applications (such as one might find in an electronics 200-1 science/hobby kit), and of course your brilliant animations of these applications.
    3:) Videos and animations of common circuits, utilizing discrete components (resistors, coils, capacitors, transistors, diodes), ICs, digital and analog devices, etc, such as comparators, adders, ADCs and DACs, power supplies, buck converters, and on and on :)
    4:) Sorry, this is a lot, but hey: you’re that good.
    Thank you for what you do.

      Thanks a lot for your support (here and the other comment) 😁
      About your request, In fact currently the English channel is just one video behind the main channel, and the plan is to continue working on reducing the gap between them.
      After a long break in the main channel due to my the finishing of my PhD I just published a video yesterday! the objective is to keep posting at least a new video per month so I will consider some of your recommendations :)

    Also you could use one fewer satellites to determine your location. In case of three satellites, the three distance spheres intersect in two points. One of which could be safely discarded, because it is deep underground or way up in atmosphere/space.

    • @BLKSG6
      @BLKSG6 ปีที่แล้ว

      My understanding is that they actually do this.

    • @ScubaPhil1
      @ScubaPhil1 ปีที่แล้ว

      You need 4 satellites because your solving for 4 unknowns X, Y, Z and T (time)

    • @BLKSG6
      @BLKSG6 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ScubaPhil1 what they usually do is use up to six satellites and calculate 2 points on earth, with 3 satellites each (using @marekKnapek’s method instead of 4 that would normally be required). The difference in those two locations is due to the inaccuracy in the quartz clock on the device. Then it has an accurately calibrated device time and can recalculate a precise position.

    • @MrSwed
      @MrSwed ปีที่แล้ว

      Actually one of the two points would be logically discarded only if 3 of those satellites are on the same plane. If they're not, the two points could be both theoretically correct locations, depending on the dispositions of the satellites

      I think you missed the crucial point that there's No conversation between the navigation devices and the satellite\s.
      It's just like a stadium full of audience, viewing one athlete in its midest . The athlete is Not communicating with each individual viewer separately.
