    So cute! I made this for a friend in a cotton yarn that changed colours, so the body is blue and green, the limbs and ears are yellow and the tail is pink! Love it!!

    Thank you for explaining and using such a good colored yarn to demonstrate. It's either too bright yarn or none of the abbreviations explained on how it's supposed to be and it's like all curved and bendy and swirly. I even use an abbreviations book next to me as a reminder buts it's just not clear to how to transition from one switch then increase. Truly a life saver. Out of my struggles though I succeeded in making a straight circle lol 😂 have a great day.

    Thank you Lauren, I’ve done my second ever amigurumi with your chubby bunny pattern. You explained everything very clearly and I will certainly make another one. This one hasn’t got a ‘perfect body’, but neither have I, so it’s okay! I embroidered the eyes as it’s for an under three-year-old and it looks lovely. The written pattern is easy to follow also, but I do like a video as well, so thank you once again. What would we do without TH-cam?! 😊

    Thank you so much for this tutorial! I attempted crochet again yesterday, after finding it frustrating when I first tried a few years ago. I only want to make cute amigurumi animals, so I have watched a lot of videos about them. Your video is by far the easiest to follow and understand. Your explanation of what to do, saying the pattern and what that actually means, has helped me so much. Also, I find your voice very calming. I was ready to give up again, but this video has encouraged me to keep trying. I'm looking forward to making this little bunny for my granddaughter and great neices. Thanks again 😊

    My bunny kinda of coned at the top, how did you stop that from happening, it looks so flat in the video but mine didnt stay that way. Is the way you hold it or maybe i did something wrong. Lucki;y my ears balanced it out but im still not sure why it coned. If anyone has any advice please im still new to this and this isnt the first time a project has coned instead of being flat like hers did in the videu?

      What weight yarn are you using?

    • @clairehedges1439
      @clairehedges1439 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@AMenagerieofStitches if ive read my labels right then most of my yarn is 100g, some of them say acrylic and some say polyester. I mostly use the 3.0mm hook unless im using some smaller yarns that were given to me but they didnt come with labels. Some of my bunnies ended up flat in the end but i did alot of undoing and redoing. I also had one turn out with like a pentagonal or hexagonal shape so i completely restarted when that happens.

    New to crocheting and thought I give this a try. (So cute)For the life of me I can not get the stitch count correct. I restarted numerous times and watch many videos on counting stitches. Question , when ending a row do you move the maker for the final stitch or stitches ? Should the pattern end right to the marker with the final stitch of that row. Thanks in advance 😊

    • @AMenagerieofStitches
      @AMenagerieofStitches  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, you're going to want to put the stitch marker in the very last stitch of that row. Every time you complete a new row, you'll move the stitch marker into the last stitch. I hope that helps!

    • @patriciasaneman9631
      @patriciasaneman9631 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@AMenagerieofStitchesTy you for getting back to so quick. I guess my question is , does the row end right at the marker , or do you have to move the marker to get that last stitch in? Hope this makes sense 🙃

    • @AMenagerieofStitches

      @@patriciasaneman9631You’ll have to remove the marker to place the last stitch. Basically the stitch marker is marking the very last stitch so you have to remove then add it back after you make the stitch.
