I have this exact TV…mine keeps going black using TH-camTV every few weeks. I get it back by flipping the circuit breaker but why does it keep happening? Also, when this happens, other APPS go split screen. I just don’t get it. Do you?
@@padmakarkottuvada3612what you want to do is keep it plugged in and press the button on the bottom of the tv long enough until it says restarting. Once it’s done it should be working.

This is like the 3rd time now. My sony tv(50x75K) shut down automatically. Then I unplugged and plugged it again. So it turned on and reached the menu screen and then again it shut down itself again. And now it won't even make it to the menu screen. Whenever I unplug and plug it again it only the sony logo pops up and immediately the power goes off. I bought this tv couple of months ago. I have talked to the customer care and took it there. They fixed the same issue once. It was good for a week or so and then again same problem appeared(2nd time). So they fixed it again. 3rd time around when this happened I took it to them and pressurized them to replace my tv with a new one. Somehow they agreed and gave me a new one(I've doubt whether its new or the same). Its been a week now. And as I write, my tv has again shut down like that. And its the same problem. Whether I take it to the customer care or talk to them, they reply the same, we've found no issue with your tv sir, its running. Can u tell me what exactly is the problem with my tv?

I get the white light turned on the bottom of the tv and the screen turns on slightly for a few seconds, then the screen turns off and I get a red light flashing on the bottom.
Backlight error, it switches it off at that point if it detects a backlight fault. There is an error detection wire that can be grounded to force it to come on, this is what I'll be trying when I'm motivated enough
See,my TV can do everything except I destroyed the Android TV Home Launcher, thats my only problem. The "Home" option on my TV technically doenst exist now.

Pulling the plug out by holding the cable is not good advice, even if it is a moulded plug.
Im not advising to pull from cable like that I I just did that cause I only had one hand (other hand is camera) and my plugs are hard to pull out.
