Very good video. But I have a Sony Bravia with only one flat cable connecting T con with motherboard. Anyway my problem is that after a few hours, sometimes after few minutes, the screen goes black, or it shows horizontal or vertical strips.
When I turn on my TV, the Sony welcome screen comes up. After that, the screen is black and nothing is seen. I have noticed that a small set of color is seen in the top right corner. What does this mean?

Thanks so much. The power cycle fix did the trick. Odd that this happened when I turned the television on for the first time after returning from a two week vacation. Do you recommend that I completely unplug the television next time or does it matter? Thanks again!

i cant see the screen,there us sound i can see the tv but its to dark
I got sound and I see a blurry / Glowing screen. When clicking the controler the blurryness changes. What could be the problem here?
With the flashlight I cant see any image.
Hey! When I turn on my TV I get horizontal and vertical multi coloured lines. It then goes dark. Backlight is working. When I disconnect one of the ribbon cables from the TCON I get half pure white. When I switch them the other half goes white. I can never see proper picture. Would this be TCON failure or bigger problem? Thank you!

What does it mean when its completely black with sound then the black screen goes away but the screen starts flickering black and goes back to black?
For me, if I turn it off for an hour or so, it starts to work fine again. Any suggestions would be really appreciated.
And the issue is never back again?
When i first turn it on i briefly see hdmi4 then it goes black
This video didn’t work. I tried everything. Replaced the lights in the TV. A technician said that the TV was perfectly fine then I called another person to get a second opinion they said that the TV was fine and then I called one TV technician they said it was fine so this is not work

For me after upgrading the Sony software, the tv display went blank with sounds there.. going to try the 30 minutes by removing cable plug..
I think I also had the same case. My TV was working fine connecting to my Apple TV and PS5. However, after the update it suddenly had this problem. Thinking the firmware update might've caused the problem here
@@alvinreyes2289 oh no.. what did you try now to fix it? mine still not working and the Sony technician without a visit but just with symptoms, he told that this might be because of panel screen.. also he mentioning no spare part in Sony Malaysia, ask me to trade the tv and Sony will offer 20% off.. i might just try to repair it at normal repair shop..

@@sfun4126 unfortunately not yet mate.. 😔most of the third party technician told its panel screen issue and the cost would be almost 85% of the original price..

Disappointed with Sony. TV crapped out after only 2 days of use. Sony used to be top quality.. I guess not anymore
