Love this recipe, I've made your original a few times and will be making it this year for Christmas. Just checking is it 200 grams of sugar? 1/2 cup sugar is 100 grams for white sugar and 200 grams for 1 cup.
Where were you born?My dad came from Monterosso. My aunt made these I remember from my childhood. She made potato donuts too so delicious.Itslian food is so good.Do you live in Ontario,I am from BC.
Hi cara … yes. I’m live in Ontario - just 90 min north of Toronto. I was born in Belsito Cosenza. Thank you for watching my video and for writing me. 🥰
My husband and grown sons get together to make this just as my Calabrese mother-in-law used to every Christmas. I love these, BUT I don't digest gluten very well so I usually only eat ONE!. Have you ever tried to replicate your recipe using gluten-free flour? I would be thrilled if I could make my own version. Buone Natale
Yes - similar. We sometimes bake them, and we have tried air frying, but they are just not as nice so I figure, if I am going to eat them, I want it to taste good! :-)
