I can so relate about the laundry situation! One thing that has helped me stay on track with switching over the laundry is as soon as I start my washer I set an alarm on my phone for 45mins to 1hr however long the cycle takes. When my alarm goes off I stop what I'm doing and go change the laundry over, and continue this cycle until the laundry is complete. Hope that helps! 💓

I love Weeping Willows too. We had one in the back yard of a previous home. They're so graceful and beautiful and your sectional beneath yours is so inviting! You're smart to keep those water pans by the patio to clean off grassy feet. My Mom kept one right by the pool ladder to keep the pool water grass and dirt free. Thanks for the inspiration! XO 😘

Laundry Tip: if your set doesn’t have an automatic alarm or you can’t hear it due to its location, set a timer on Alexa or your phone as soon as you start the load so when it goes off you remember to switch it. This has helped me so much from having to rewash.

Great video. I'd probably add a basket by the back door and keep the towel and George's paw washer in it. It would be right there when you need it but you'd see the basket vrs the towel.
Yes that’s a good option. I’m not a big fan of seeing a floating basket there but a dirty towel isn’t much better

I use the towels too! I tried to look on TH-cam to see how fancier houses had their front door setup for winter and keeping people's wet shoes from leaving a mess but I couldn't find anything other than boot trays. My dogs track in everything too 😐

A possible solution for the dog towel might be a storage bench under your window? That way it would be out of sight but easily accessible. Plus it might be nice to store your outdoor pillows during storms. Just an idea, but I'm sure you'll come up with something.... Thanks for sharing and look forward to your next one!! God bless ~Amy

Puppy paws, maybe use the white bins that you use for your feet for the dogs by the back door then wipe with the towel? Swish, rinse and wipe... doesn't eliminate the towel. A basket with clean dog towels? As you use them send them to the laundry room... given how much my boys are in and out it would probably be a full-time endeavor... I struggle with the grass clippings on a daily basis, somedays the grass wins.
