Getting secret boss require you to go Polaroid - Satan or Negative - Isaac. Then right before a boss fight, there always be a walking enemy that's blindfolded. DO NOT kill him. Walk into him like if you were donating to a beggar, and he's going to give you the key to the secret boss fight. Then defeat sacred/the other boss that replaces Satan and all done.
Idea: play with all three Celestial items added by this mod! Make sure to spawn them in using Da Rules so you get the special space Guppy transformation too!
