I saw 2 Delta a 330s in this and on other KLM 787 preparing for its flight. Also was this flight operated in cooperation with Delta?

Yes, also with Air France and Xiamen Airlines. The Delta flight number was DL 9599. The Air France and Xiamen flight numers were AF 8367, and MF 9921.
