Query folding means , any transformation you did in power query can be done at the database using sql queries that is what I meant

I have One question Nag, if we generate a report in POwer BI we can analyze Top Performance & Worst Performance Based on Criteria.
which criteria is the best to analyze sales like region, category. which selected key is give better results and end user easily go through the reports
It depends purely on the busines user request. What ever you have mentioned gives the exploratory data analysis.

less then 1 million data are supported only , if you have more then 1 millon go for direct query mode
