- Guest host Demi Lovato and Justin Bieber talked about how they have similar stories, since both started in the music industry at a young age, and she expressed how she looked to Justin for inspiration during her recent relapse and recovery. I think you need to run towards the pain regardless. The more you run away from your pain, the worse the impact is one it all catches up to you. You can find happiness in God or whatever you believe in, but I think it’s also important to go through your process of dealing with trauma and other issues in order to confront fear, pain and other emotions. Everyone should face their pain.

Look how Justin suddenly changed during the dialogue: He started talking to Demi looking her in her eyes when they spoke about like "normal things", and then he looked down and he crossed arms when they spoke about fears and stuff like that. I think that Justin is so sincere, a genuine person that now know how to talk about this type of arguments and I'm sure that in the future he will not have anymore fear about these things!

He can helps a lot of people because these same people took him like an inspiration and a model to follow. I totally agree with u, that's not easy, but try to look at that from another point of view..
I noticed that! I said that in the previous videos. He is all excited and playful about normal talks but when the conversation switches about his life or past, he turns to that crouching position.

You don't need to run towards pain. Just surrender. Accept it, don't fight it, just allow it to be there and feel it, because its coming up to be FELT and released from your system, and when you FEEL it, and allow it to be there, eventually it will subside and you will come out of it a little brighter, happier and more balanced. It might take ten times.... It might take a hundred. But the human spirit is incredibly resilient, and you will heal, just have the courage to feel what needs to be felt. 💜hope this helps anyone who is suffering today xx

I'm in shock and so pleased of how wise and mature Justin has become. I don't prefer to use the word role model but for sure both of theirs and a lot of other people who struggled and overcame their obstacles are truly inspirational people. More power to them.
They two were my favorite artists when I was a kid, both of them help me with my mental issues and my fight against depression, is something unbelievable because they got issues too and now I feel like we are one.

I'm glad that they both found God. And for those who don't necessarily believe in God, they found a spiritual peace within themselves. Either way, it's beautiful how they went from chaotic, confused, angry youths into accepting, wise, mature adults.

Oh when he is talking about his struggles and overcoming them he makes himself as small as he can, you can see how much it gets to him and its like his own way to cope! I'm so glad he has overcome the majority of the things he was pushed into, he will always have those memories in the back of his head but he is so much stronger and getting back into what he loves his way for himself and his beautiful wife!
GOD BLESS BOTH OF THEM. they've overcome so many struggles and are such amazing and healthy people now. i am so happy for them.
