Is there any reason why the TS-WX130DA stays on even when the input signals from the speaker wires are disconnected from it? I thought the unit only turns on or stays on when there is an input signal. Just to be safe, I only connected the TS-WX130DA to an ACC power source to prevent it from inadvertently draining my car battery to death.
The TS-WH500A is amazing sound for such a tiny enclosure! When I saw how thin the power wire was I thought I'd be able to barely hear it- but between the front seats in my old minivan or in the footwell of my Miata, it sounds fantastic! Not enough to vibrate the neighborhood but completes the spectrum of sound in my car!!!!

+1. Three cheers for Pioneer Active Sub Woofer enclosures. .. Visiting Germany (Frau's family) several years back I came across an odd-shaped Pioneer model TS-WX77A active subwoofer. .. Visualize a rectangle laying flat, side to side (L to R) is approx. 35' inches wide, with a thickness of about 2.75" thick. .. As the rectangle is lying flat, its front to back measurement is only about 15 inches. .. My car is a traditional bodied air-cooled 1998 Porsche 911 coupe. .. The head unit is the DEX P99RS. Its a fully active 3-way front arrangement,, in addition to having a dedicated subwoofer output. .. The DEX P99RS was Creme de la Creme even by today's industry offerings. .. Anyway,,, with the active 3-way front completed (low mids, mid-range & HF) the search began for a diminutive subwoofer active or not. If your familiar with a 911s joke of foldable rear backs, once the seatbacks are in the down position, a flat, L side to R side parcel shelf is created; Think a flat area 35 inches L to R and 15 inches front to back. The distance to the above headliner is approx. 22" to 26". Long story short the 2.75" in height Pioneer TS WX77A (Euro model #) subwoofer laid perfectly flat in position. .. A tailor-made matching carpet with Carrera S imbrodered in red covered the thin active Pioneer subwoofer enclosure. .. The TS-WX77A performed the much sought after seamless acoustic integration character. .. The Porsche 911s (993) Active Pioneer system is acoustically very impressive. .. Sure several PRS 900 amps w/ the P99RS are hard to beat. Other than the interiors visually understated P99RS head unit, the fully active HiFi is entirely stealth. .. The Stage 4 PRS900 amps are Frunk mounted. .. Give the Active Pioneer subwoofer enclosures a try - I was blown away with the Euro model WX77A sub... I'd start out simply taking a flier with the TS-WX77A.

If you've checked all of the connections including the power wire fuse at the battery, ground wire at the vehicle, and audio signal connections, and all appear to be in order, the product may need to be serviced. I'm not aware of any internal fuse. Any internal service should be done by a Pioneer Authorized Service Center. Hey pioneer, I have a TSWX 1010A it tipped over and now it won't play. I've checked all connections. Is there an internal fuse? I didn't see one
