Did anyone else notice how similar Salem and Weiss both are at least story wise both of their fathers locked them in there homes (Salem’s being in a tower and Weiss’s being a mansion) and they both wanted freedom from said home
What's really sad is when you compare the first 20 seconds to the last 20 seconds at 8:10. It just shows her journey from a good-natured girl who wants freedom to a scornful immortal who wants revenge and destruction.

@@HighPriestFuneral Not the entire piece. The opening melody, the "Girl In The Tower" motif, was composed by Casey. However, this track was arranged and orchestrated by Alex Abraham and Jeff. The motif for the Gods, for example, is explicitly Alex's work.
She did deserve to have freedom, but she didn't have to ruin the gods creation, remnant would have been better if she would've learned the balance of life and death
It took trial and error for the The Eldest and youngest to come to an equilibrium. And when the foundation for their world was set the order they agreed upon was. . . A Delicate Balance
I think if salem had been given ozma's curse, she would've learned the value of life and death. She could die then, and she would know life and have to live in harmony with other lives. There would be literally no other choice then. And she would understand that all her attempts at suicide would hurt others too, because they literally would. This is the perfect example of 'I got this bright idea after I already screwed up', I think.
