I liked this because I was giving it all I had yet didn't feel like I was killing myself. Maybe my monitor was spazzing but heart rate got to 154! Keep these 20+ minute ones coming! Thx PJ
When I saw Bosu, I dropped all other planned workouts and what a leg burner this was! More please! Also, maybe a mobility/stretch video incorporating the Bosu...? Thanks PJ!
Whew! Rome may not have been built in a day but by the end of that workout my legs felt like I was the one who built the entire city. I love that I can get such an effective workout in such a short amount of time. :-)

Hi Diana! If your activity is weight bearing then it will help with bone health. However, strength training is one of the best ways to improve it. Cheers!

I’m 43 but this as you get close to forty your body is going to add weight + pre-menopause is not the same for any two women = me still fitting into clothes but not understanding why the scale keeps going up. How few calories can I eat in a day? I aim for less than 1000 but then the Fitness Pal app says I’m not eating enough. So, I, am now, walking the dog, walking stairs, doing a fitness routine with you, and doing yoga with Adrienne. How many hours in the day can I spend exercising? Apparently, ALL OF THEM!
Hi PJ, as I’m not to do twisting (due to thoracic & lumbar scoliosis) how do you suggest I modify the exercise with the knee raising? It’s the exercise where you squat knee up. I have another question will ask shortly. Thx so much for your contagious energy. Diana
Your skipping comment made me laugh for two reasons. 1) I use to try to get my husband to skip when we were on walks because because it's virtually impossible not to smile and be happier when you skip, and I use to tease him that I wanted to make a skipping workout but would need to develop special sneakers that have a thicker sole over the toe pad otherwise they'd wear out too soon....Alas, he was not willing to help me invest in my little venture 🤣2) Because when we were in Italy a couple years ago we hiked the "Path of the Gods" which is a gorgeous 4.7 mile hike in the Amalfi Coast and you finish in Nocelle which is a hamlet/village. You can either catch a bus or take the 1500 steps down to the town of Positano where we were staying. Well, we did the steps....we're fit...no big deal, right? Those steps seemed endless but I didn't have the brains to think of stretching my calves when we got done and I tell you, for the next 3-4 days my calves felt about an inch long and every time I had to step down (or heck, even walk for awhile) I would literally have to force myself not to make noise. Not to mention, I walked like I had a 2x4 up my you know what ;) Sorry for the book, but had to share. And I look SO forward to your skipping workout!!

It would be great if you could also offer an alternative to the sit down and get up exercise - no way I can do that without using hands/turning a round.
