This theme is actually so beautiful. Oregairu has this amazing ability to make you laugg with them and then drop the heaviest and saddest shit. Its so simple the concept of the show. A few teenagers in a period of their lives where they don't trust anyone or anything and they try to make that friendship i flipping love this anime
yes yes. I definitely agree. This anime was my 2nd overall. But if you're talking about "amazing ability to make you laugh with them and then drop the heaviest and saddest shit", have you checked Clannad/Clannad: After Story?
I find something legendary about the way the writers and producers make such engaging plot full of absurdities and then at the end (ex: of an episode) some profound comment about human nature hits right on the mark and penetrates deep.

Same here. This is a great anime. I watch a lot of action shows but this one just the characters and dialogue between them along with the overall story is amazing. The ending to season 2 made me sad but I'm so happy season 3

You know the worst part of it that Yui had feelings for him from the very beginning before almost everyone but she always stumbled to tell it and drew that sad smile of hers, in the end she excepts the friend zone.. And she says she's the greedy one, hell that all is heartbreaking to the bone..
I come and listen to this ost once a month so that this does not lose the importance that it has for me and it's the 3rd I'm listening to this.

I can understand you perfectly, the feeling of finally founding the anime an OST is from is simply one of the best things out there. I personally had this experience with an OST from Hunter x Hunter that i had in my mind for a long time (couldn't find it online), and when i finally found it on TH-cam i was just so happy 😇

it depends on people's opinions but they tend to pick characters that are relatable like me I personally prefer Yuki because she's smart and Hikky's smart too both kinda fit to me but if Hikky x Yui nonono because they kinda have that awkward silences and doesn't level up with Hachiman too.
but the main purpose of the anime is to show the story of two outcast loners slowly coming closer together.
RWZiggy yea and the main reason Sensei made 8man join the Club was cuz she knew Yuki and Hikki had the same problem and thought at the same time that they could help out each other.

I don't think you got the series though (specially the last episode), this friendship that you said is something that Hachiman really hates because isn't something genuine and in the last episode Yui says she wants to continue this if she wins and Hachiman dislikes that

When yui's mom said " dont hold it in, let it out" and she started crying so hard, i couldn’t stop my tears! I like triangle love anime but i always end up crying.(only fruits basket and bleach made me happy)! What a cute name yui gave to him "hikki" listening to this ost hurts!! I was so sad that i hoped hikki and yukino would break up and in then end yui would end up with him!

yui is a perfect girl, and she deserves better things. However, I literally think that yukino's characteristics are truly compatible with hachiman. Yui is great, but she hardly able to understand the feelings of hachiman, of what he've been through as yukino did. That's my opinion. :C
