- You guys know I love Korean fire noodles so here we are again! This time I've added 24 delicious pork and veggie wontons and I'm eating it with 6 packs of the spicy sauce :o

My husband brought me some fire noodles, he knows I love them and he saw me watching Nela eating her nuclear nugget challenge. I told him I was salivating so he got me a pack without telling me so I was so happy. I've been eating it and I've one left, this made me crave it again but it's almost 2am 😩 I'll wait for tomorrow 🤤 dang!

I find when u cook in a hot spice instead of some adding it at the end...it tends to amplify the heat....your awesome...love your vids

Girl, you must be a glutton for punishment, doing all these spicy challenges. Also, GIRL if you're wanting the sauce to do challenges with, it's costing you more for those little packets probably from the last 6 challenges you've done than it costs for one bottle of sauce on amazon. Those noodles with packets are spendy and the last 5 challenges, you probably used 50 packets of sauce that wouldn't fill half a bottle of the sauce separate and it's probably cost you at least $50 for the noodles with sauce. It's $6.99 for an entire bottle on amazon silly girl. Save yourself some money. Anyway, you killed it on the challenge, nice job and excellent job on medical school.

When you cooked the noodles with the sauce you probably intensified the heat through reduction (cooking out water).

Nela, that seems so artificially hot. But impressive! Being from South Texas, USA, we have hot and spicy pre-packaged Ramen and shit like that but the actual peppers in the raw are what gets me. We eat them and "pay" for them later! Not like Carolina Reapers or stupid peppers like that! I am not trying to take anything away from you! You are an insane Doctor!
