To the Americans, China, Russian, European Union and the middle east monarchs for example they dont care for humanitarian law. America and EU and the China-Russian and the middle eastern for example there are ongoing civil wars. They dont discriminate civilians and regular soldiers. Just look at the Iraq and Afghan wars no one was sanction and punished despite the casualties.

Dapat kasali ang NPA number one at si Joma Sison ang mananagot and his cohorts sa matagal na nilang pamemerwisyo sa mga tao gaya ng pangbobomba halimbawa nila sa mga bus at sa mga matataong lugar na maraming mga sibilyan ang nadamay kasi mga terrorist sila
