Is it best to stop tweeting at all or should I do one reply a day until to test if I’m shadow banned. Or should I look through past replies and will they will always be shadow banned or will I be able to see them again?
1. I would recommend not tweeting at all for a few days until it gets fixed. 2. You don't have to make a new reply to see if you are shadow banned. You can keep checking on old replies. Then once your account is no longer shadow banned, your replies will be visible again.

It’s possible, but usually the algorithm won’t show your followers every single reply you make. Just don’t be spammy and you should be fine

It’s possible that there’s some weird stuff going on after you got verified. I would just wait a few days and hopefully it will sort out itself

I changed my name and lost the blue tick on purpose. Maybe re-examination will solve my problem. Besides, I'll be waiting.

visits in a day is pretty good, but a little low if those are weekly or monthly stats
