    Great video 👍
Salmon Harvester Properties is the owner and constructed 2016-2019 at L 75 million, 8 stories and 109,000 sq ft. Engineering firm noted the building includes public walkway and publicly accessible retail space on the ground floor. Wate Construction also has a time lapse video of construction. Numerous articles include interior photos showing open space floorplan, glass exterior and large tile flooring in mostly white. Site was a railway siding and redeveloped in 2007. Articles noted HMRC staff (1650 in 2021) consolidated in one location at the Bristol HQ and no reference to a public front desk or services.

Note, if a company or entity claims a public area as private they also automatically assume public liability, so if you should slip and fall they would be financially responsible for all your medical expenses, lost wages and pain and suffering. For those supporting this level of harassment won’t be too pleased if this so called camera man were to get hold of your personal data which by the way is illegal.
Question is would you feel comfortable someone filing your house from a public footpath?
If you so desire records or info from a public body then you can refer to the FOI act.

It means nothing. You can be asked to leave (and you can trespass on) a "public place" if it's privately owned. You only have an invitation to be there and the invitation can be withdrawn, at any time and for any reason.
I wish auditors would at least try and understand what section 33 actually is. It doesn't give anyone any permissions or rights to be anywhere.
