I'm currently working as a truck driver hauling hot mix to to the paver on a road crew and my employer is paying me two different rates for that one rate for doing my truck inspection and another for driving which according to federal law you can't drive a truck without doing those inspections and then he is not paying time and a half he is doing the weighted overtime for the two different rates
