I just got back from seeing this show and it was fantastic...have you ever seen any performance that was so exquisite you were moved to tears? This is that experience, and I saw other audience members in tears, too. I did not see the original, so I don't have a point of comparison, but the staging is in the round, and you feel very much like you're in it. There's a reason for that, but I'd rather avoid spoilers and let those of you who go be as delighted as I was!
I just found out that Hailey Kilgore is only 19 years old and I am blown away! She is so talented and brings so much energy. Love her as Ti Moune!
