Does the work after study has to be in the same field of the study? Also Saskatchewan and Manitoba do not require work experience to be in the same field of study?
It is not necessary to work at the same field of your study. As long as your job falls under the category of Skill level 0, A, or B you're good to apply for PR.

#3 It would cost a bit more to have your spouse with you , however your spouse is able to work full time with any job while you are studying so that can help both of you with additional income.
