Thanks for all the great videos. Do you happen to know if you can fence in your yard on the single family homes in the Farms at Carolina Forest and if they have any dog restrictions? Looking to be able to fence in the yard for my dog and possibly add another dog to the family. Thanks
Yes! You can fence your yard in the Farm! It's actually the development I live in. You can only do 4' either white vinyl or black aluminum fencing in there, but you definitely can. I have 2 puppies myself and so the fenced yard is a must have with these 2! As for restrictions, I'm not aware off the top of my head of any restrictions on types of dogs....
YES! There are several neighborhoods along the waterway that offer boat storage/RV trailer storage. Also, there are several storage facilities in the area that allow that type of storage as well.

Shadeira Ive been there a couple times, nice place to visit but heard its not a great place to further your career, unless you're retired or have a great online business, that place doesn't have a industry besides tourism, that only lasts maybe 5 months, I know a lot of people who move there and within a year or 2 move back home or relocate to a much busier or lucrative area.
Honestly, none of the communities on the list would allow for short term rentals. There are other segments of the beach that would allow it, but the HOA's prohibit in this area to 12 month leases. There are definitely some communities on golf courses. However the HOA fees do not include golf in them. Since the courses are not owned by the homeowners, it normally is not inlcuded. There is however some properties in the Grande Dunes & Barefoot area that include golf memberships.
Hi Jeremy! We want to move to or close to Pawleys Island so bad, but can not afford an expensive home. Inland is fine, a reasonably priced home or condo, but we have pets, lots of them, cats and birds. Is there anything available that allows pets?
Single family homes are going to be much more lenient on the amount of pets. Condos normally limit to 3 or less. When you say lots, are we talking like 4 or 5 or more like 15-20? Depending on your budget will determine obviously how close to the beach you can actually be.
Yes, there are a few with lower monthly fees, but you do not necessarily have as many amenities or things included in them. As I mentioned, the $90 in The Farm is a really good deal when you factor in what it costs these days for Cable, Internet & Trash Pickup.

Did the builder at Brighton Lakes go from 2 x 6 studed walls to 2 x 4 studed walls to save costs
The front segment of Brighton Lakes were custom/semi-custom built homes. The back half is being built by DR Horton which is a spec home builder.
