use phoenix dive/heat rises to rain down volley's while in the air. phoenix dive to get resto x2 bonus when the volley hits, while also extending heat rises. another way to get x2 resto for free.
I hope the build concept helps others understand what can be done with warlock this season. lots of good builds around this and unique spins you can make using this concept.

yes, in activities that have overcharged applied. overcharged weapon surges from the artifact do stack with armor surge mods. (boots or x4 from battle harmony) though boots and x4 from battle harmony's perk do not stack with each other.

Battle harmony is a slept on Warlock exotic. I’m a Warlock main but I tell my Hunter main buddies the love gun builds to wear Mantle. I love to see off meta builds. Hope no “big” Destiny TH-camrs steal the sauce because I haven’t seen anyone online speak on this 💯
It's not really slept on, creators have posted many builds for it in the past. The issue is that while decently strong, there are stronger builds in most other content. However, this build is perfect for this activity and that goes triple for the rocket launcher. I hated the changes made to eyes of tomorrow but in this mode its pretty cracked as long as you can get the 4 add kills needed.
Also, hate to say it but I've already seen this build pop up a few times during my Onlaught runs. Hell, It's the reason I built one. Lol Although even as warlock main I still find myself run tether hunter more and when do run warlock it's mostly phoenix protocol build.

Battle harmony was amazing for agers stasis with the old mod system with the fonts, now because stasis has been somewhat butchered its not as good as it was but it's still great.

Eyes of Tomorrow finally found the gamemode where It can shine
what I love most about this build is that it is a build centered around the weapon you are holding as opposed to abilities. That at Destiny's core is what it was all about in the beginning. Not only is this thinking nostalgic, but the build cooks too. Destiny was always and should always be about grinding until you got that elusive weapon you were seeking to get, it is a painful and long grind sometimes, but in the end its the satisfaction of the reward. Great job!

Nice to see a good, off-meta build that cooks, instead of every big youtuber recommending a sunshot/sunbracers build for the 27th time this season.

I feel like this build should have been advertised as best Solo Warlock build because team mates can really screw you over if they take your kills with this build
whats very fun about eyes of tomorrow is the tracking you can lock on and look completely the opposite direction and fire and you'll still hit the targets
I saw guy mention eyes of tomorrow in onslaught on reddit a lil ago, this seems like the natural evolution of that. Maybe this isn't the meta, but it's definitely one of the most fun tactics available

Personally, I prefer Phoenix Protocol to get your Well up as frequently as possible and generate more orbs so you and your teammates can feed/cycle supers faster. Ember of Combustion is a must-have, too, IMO - your Eyes shots will count as super damage and cause Ignitions when getting kills. It works really nice in the higher waves when nearby enemies are chunky enough to survive the initial splash damage from the rocket ❤

This is one of the best solar warlock builds I've seen for Onslaught. Lots of D2 TH-camrs recommending Sunshot and stuff, this one is the real deal. If you don't have this weapon then Dragon's Breath can still work really well but this weapon maximizes the fact of getting kills much quicker, replenishing your mag with free ammo and you just keep on rolling. It's also a FANTASTIC way for the Void Hunter build using Tether because you get your Super back untra fast.

@@Xenomorpheniaif you have the legend solar trace rifle try it with gally and cenotaph mask. Infinite heavy and Wolfpack rounds for teammates. Bonus points if an Aeons hunter is finishing the enemies you mark for even MORE heavy
@@Xenomorpheniait may be pretty good still but the main point of using EOT is to get infinite heavy ammo from the perk, that being said tho ghallarhorn has amazing ammo economy so i could see it working

when I ran it teammates where running ahead killing my marked targets before the rockets got there...felt completely useless
@@perilloux33 The guys mentions that in the video that it works best in a fireteam because of that exact problem...
@@happystate2480 I can't imagine even fireteam members knowing which targets you have marked so they don't kill them in the heat of battle.
Did a run today with just eyes, dropped almost 1200 defeats and like 900 of them were the rocket. 😂 ill try this tomorrow.
I use eyes/ phoenix well and go 2:1 kills to orbs also.
@tysonkrunek4132 i tried it with wings of sacred dawn and it was fun to eat my nade, float, and any kill with the rocket auto reloaded it.

@perilloux33 nope i had a team but with wosd i would fly above the adu and just nuke every spawn. Hardly used the tracking feature at all as well. Just hip fire.

yup. exotic lost sectors when its chest day and you should get it pretty easily.

Great build. Maybe get derailed by other players in the fireteam constantly though. I'd say this is more a solo build
dragons breath could go hard on this build as well especially when it comes to holding down lanes on lets say midtown

We need more build videos of people using forgotten exotics effectively. Everything is just strand titan melee build or solar warlock grenade build. I'm sick of it. This was a nice breath of fresh air

the only point of mantle of battle harmony here is the super regen, you already have the +25% from the overcharge/surge or whatever from the activity and mod

You can alternatively run Phoenix protocol instead of mantle specifically for onslaught. Having a well at the start of every wave is huge and Phoenix allows for that, plus if you're using your well frequently, as you should be, then you are often losing out on the 25% boost from mantle. So instead you can run double or triple surges and only be a bit behind the boost mantle gives while having it much more consistently.
Alternatively I thought verity's brow with fusion grenades might be fun, overall it'd be worse, but just the thought of having a near permanent 2x grenade damage boost and 3.5x recharge rate on the already cranked damage of fusion grenades would be stupid. Would it be practical at all? No. Would you have any survivability? No. But would you be a walking M142 with pocket nukes on hand? Hell yeah!

You can run grenade kills heal you if that was a problem
I actually have this eyes of tomorrow varieties brow build set up. You can use heat rises and Phoenix dive to proc restoration. Easy to proc because you always have your grenade. It is an extra hoop to jump through but it's pretty easy to do.

Just tried your build. It is so much fun! I paired it with my borrowed time gambit solar smg that has thresh. The super comes up under a minute. The arctic haze auto rifle from europa can also get thresh, which may be the better option, but I was already tearing it up with an smg in legend.

So happy to see this because its very similar to the build I made yesterday. People are sleeping on mantle of battle harmony. It pairs with any exotic that matches its damage type and in my opinion it's better than phoenix protocal in onslaught.
You know what? Judging by the video title I just expected another Crayola Titan Class. It's a warlock though. :) I can't use it as a hunter BUT big props on making a bad ass Warlock class❤

Been using a similar build for the last two seasons and it's so much fun. I call it "The Carpet Bomber" build.

don’t sleep on this with speedloader slacks either, more than halves the reload time when you build it right, and buffs your teammates p significantly when at full stacks

In theory yes, you have infinite ammo, but in practice you do not. And the reason is because you are constantly fighting 2 other guardians for adds. Unless they are very incompetent you aren't going to have infinite ammo cause as soon as you aim at all your targets and shoot your rockets, one sunshot from another blueberry will clear all your targets.
So again this is a great build but only as a solo will it really works or coordinated team.
You don’t need to lock on for the infinite ammo. Just use it like a regular rocket and prefire where the enemies are gonna spawn.
Eyes of tomorrow really needs a catalyst. Imagine if the catalyst gave it vorpal or even better, bait and switch! It would be the perfect rocket launcher! S tier add and boss smasher!🔥🔥🔥

This is the way fs, I was just messing around with the cure on Icarus, and it was decent sometimes. I forgot to talk about the cure and dive and showcase them in the vid, as I was trying them back and forth. I was like ahh whatever I already posted it and then it happens to get views. I wish I would have showed that, and the other exotics I tried with it. rain of fire and wings of sacred dawn were pretty fun with rises. wings are actually insane on this build. I might do like one more on it as like a final form build video in the future.

Just a heads up, if you pick up a firesprite it will override your restoration x2 with a x1
Ive been rocking this except eyes of tomorroe which i have. I didnt even think to ise this but this is effective and ammo is fantastic and damage is great aswell and that x4 and saves you using 3x surge on boots. Excellent build this is better thsn almost every big youtuber

Xeno works as well too or better in some situations but I tried this build out after work watching this this morning and I was just nuking everything and popping wells left and right while my other teammates just sat at the adu because they couldn't kill anything lol
Funny that the Onslaught footage shows the weakest bosses from each faction. I'll stick with endless wells with my Phoenix Protocol

def hard to proc the benefits in onslaught when fireteam kills most of your marked targets by the time the rockets get to them......and without the rockets you are not doing much.

man, you can honestly put on phoenix with overload rocket for the surge and it will do the same thing. next season this build will shine more fs!
@@FFAmefs yeah that was my thoughts exactly, tried it on my hunter for a little bit today and it was pretty dope although it is kinda difficult to use on midtown because of the chokepoints so its probably more of a vostok weapon
