Same here in the Philippines very lower price of pigs but higher price of feeds, vitamins, medicines, vaccines etc. Nothing we can do but be patience a lot of perseverance in everything we do. We need to fight to survive for our family that's life. Don't lose hope as a pig farmer like me💪❤🐖🐷🐓🐔

Hi Kieu 🙏💐,oh dear,pig farming nowadays is not so good,i stopped a year ago coz the prices of live pigs is so low and feeds are so expensive, didn't gain,50/50 and at the moment,a lot of by pigs died in our place because of the virus..so sad, anyways, don't lose hope 🙏 Good luck and God bless
Live hog prices in Vietnam are at a low level. We want to sell adult pigs very difficult. Traders lower prices and buy very cheap. Thanks a lot.

Very sorry that the price was low and you lost money. They were excellent quality pigs; a credit to your farming ability. On the positive side that's two less bags of pig feed per day you have to outlay for. In addition that was a large herd of young pigs in a small barn and now they have more room and so you will have good quality pigs growing in a more healthy barn. Hopefully when you are due to sell them in 3 months prices will have improved.

What about selling them as newborns. You call and say you have 10 piglets for sale, get a good price then they come pick them up. It seems like they plan on not buying until it is too cheap. Also, like the others have said, what about selling to the slaughterhouse directly. These guys are mean by pulling on the pigs ears!
