I love how we all have those low rarity servants who can walk all over a specific singularity. Like Sasaki who saved France or Euryale who walked all over Gawain and Camelot in general
Just good game design IMO, give your FTP players an option to beat these stories if they don't pull the mega god characters
@@ZTL you know, I never thought of that. I always talk mad sh*t on DW/Lasagna about how rare SQs are and how low the gacha odds are, but that because you can get by just fine in f2p. Like a male boss just doesn't want to die? Euryale can take care of it between two sessions of bullying Medusa. You need to farm? Well Arash is the only guy who will actually die for you, baby girl. You need Merlin? Well you have Merlin at home. He's an angry man-child who'll cuss the heck out of you but he'll do the job
@@clyvetruises9587 nah theres a point where materials become a problem. The game doesnt allow you to get many materials starting off its actually not as free toplay as you think. Fgp has this really shit midgame where you might get stuck around lostbelt. I just finished lostbelt 4 barely scraping by with command spells here and there. Fgo is a hard game without good servants. It is a really slow game for free to play who arnt lucky so dont speak for everyone. The company is still stingy as fuck.
Honestly, despite being a f2p, I really didn't experience much struggles with most of the story because I was blessed with Cu alter when, ironically, I was rolling for Heracles on a male only banner for Valentine's. (I got Carmilla as the tutorial summon and wanted to pay homage to my first account that I dropped). The flip of that does mean I don't often appreciate low rarity servants, part of that is just due to how I play the game and games in general.

God, I wish I had Euryale trained during Camelot. She would have helped me out so much against Gawain.
I'm in Camelot rn, seen Pekora fight Gawain. So I decided to max ascend euryale have her second skill to level 6 now, I'm planning her to support Sith.
@@kimitohanahala8674 Yeah, don't make the same mistake I, and many other players, did when we were in Camelot. Gawain cost me a few revives when I fought him, and it certainly didn't help that my teambuilding back then was shit. Euryale's all you really need as an Archer to counter Gawain, though you should obviously run some art supports (namely Castoria, but Mozart and Peracelsus are good budget options) to further increase her damage. You can run Baobhan Sith as well if you want, although I personally would have her serve as a backup option in case Euryale goes down before Gawain does.

Euryale got a grail from me when she saved my butt against the gorilla of Camelot.
Chen Gong. I know the highs he can achieve and how it takes some finagling to get him to work. But his strength once released just outstrips most 1~4★ supports and AoE casters. Letting people know how to use him can only help them.
Euryale is good, but I just can't see her being than Robin... Euryale is better than him against a certain variety of Servants, but Robin is completely universal (reminder that Euryale has an upgraded NP1 modifier against non-males, it's not good)... Adding to that, Robin actually has hard survival so...
Adding to that, a big part of Euryale's kit isn't very useful on modern bosses, they give most male bosses charm immunity to counter Euryale

@@Founder_of_Morgans_Fanclub I'm pretty sure I can when nearly every enemy has a sure hit skill on their repertoire these days.
For new players you level Euryale because she's so good in her niche and she is really really good in Arc 1. She's the top pick in a certain chapter. Whale/Dolphin/C2P/F2P it doesn't matter - just do it. Because of pure prisms she's pretty easy to level. Where she does fall off is in a lot of more current content is a big part of her kit is pretty much worthless - any boss fight where they have debuff immune/charm resistance - and there are quite a few, her 2nd skill and her overcharge effect may as well not exist in these scenarios. I still think Robin is a class above for the 3*s as he offers more consistency against a variety of enemies. Even if his poison doesn't get through, his np scales with additional copies. By my math Np3 Robin starts pulling away on non-male targets. And if he can get poison debuff on it's not even close. (quick count 47 sabers - 21 males, 39 berserkers - 16 males. This is on jp )
But reality is, it's a long running meme that DW/Lasengle doesn't know how to make a bad 3* archer - especially the ST archers- Robin, William Tell, Euryale, Billy, David. They all have something special

I used to use her even against non male sabers because her base damage is good enough with support.
I think the should up her second skill so that it has chance of charming female enemies also & first skill given a another chance to charm but only males.
Because in lore while they mostly charmed men they could also charm woman a bit.
Euryale is definitely an MVP, the Gawain killer.
I can't wait for Ushiwakamaru, she's my only rider who is somewhat worth leveling.

I think Euryale is solid, but since Orion (Artemis) spooked me way back when I started the game I never got much use out of her. And nowadays if I’m fighting a saber, I’d rather use my MHXA (the best single target archer). Regardless, I do think she’s a solid budget unit
Honestly, in some scenarios I'd argue that Euryale out performs Orion, mainly due to the fact that Orion loses alot of her damage after her initial shot since her damage mod and attack buff are 1T and that Euryale's mod is baked into her NP. So if you need a consistent damage across 3 turns I go Euryale but if you can beat the dude or just need to nuke someone Orion 👍
@@ZTL But you're kind of ignoring the huge difference in base attack values and Orion's NP gauge drain is tied to her NP. NP drain is always guaranteed and not affected by debuff immunity. I argue in she can replace Vlad in a lot of instances in the good old Waver+Tamamo Arts Stall setup. Yes Orion has awful np gain due to crap hitcounts, but full arts setup goes a long way to solving this anyway. I argue that Orion is actually underrated in more current cq's and Eury falls flat simply because a large part of Eury's kit is negated by debuff immune (skill 2 and charm overcharge on np) which we see a lot more of + RNG on np drain. Where as Orion skills are self buffs and we rarely see buff block.

Euryale is restricted to a niche that amounts to less than half the Servants in the game, while Robin can do his thing against any enemy that isn't debuff immune. Half of Euryale's kit is also shut down in most modern male bosses because they tend to have mental debuff immunity to counter her niche.
Euryale only hits harder than Robin against one specific trait, half of her kit is not very useful in modern bosses, is way more restricted in her applications and she has no hard survival, so how come you think she's better than Robin?

the best servant to clear Camelot WITH EASE. and she does a better job at her gimmick, then Orion being a 5* with the same anti-male gimmick. Euryale is my favorite 3* servant, best girl and best Gorgon.

You're not really using her for that passive 11% crit buff lol but I could have mentioned the 50% debuff resist, just not what I really wanted to draw attention to
@@ZTL yeah the 11% is a small bonus, however the fact that she has 50% debuff resistance is very impressive and actually important vs bosses, which is her niche anyways

You forgot that her anti-male isn’t limited to servants so any enemies that are considered male including bosses and mid bosses get recked by her as well
