I’ve seen a few comments regarding the free waver thing. During the 6th anniversary of the game (so around June/July for the NA players) we will receive a free 5 star servant exchange ticket after clearing Fuyuki, this is also going to be a new permanent feature so look forward to that. More info about what 5 star servants you can exchange can be found on sites like the Fgo fandom wiki, gamepress and atlas academy.

Out of all of those I say the ones most worth leveling are emiya, herc and kiichi Herc is pretty much a must level who can solo most of the game and make it look easy if you can get him to bond 10 (which is relatively easy if you just put him at the back of every party you have) Emiya is a consistent arts looper but is mainly known for being a great Crit DPS Kiichi is a great quick looping assassin if you manage to get summer Skadi from a few months later The others you should also level but just not as a priority 3. I say you should continue the game , your roster of servants seems to be a pretty decent one, starting off. Maybe just focus more on leveling your main characters and skills. Or if you’re stuck on Gawain, level a euryale or use a support super Orion
It has its own appeal. Killing off your units, especially a support that has already dumped all their skills allows you to cycle in the next support without using plugsuit. Then the next. It's just nice to have options.
I commited to Gong a bit before Castoria released, so I was glad he works amazing with her plus I get more milleage with all the battery support I've gotten over 2 years (bless you Reines and Helena 🙏) he is such a fun unit ngl!

My dude Gong casually hits for ST damage on each target on an AOE NP with the stacking support buffs. Great servant to use for me after I got Waver on the SSR ticket and Castoria before I got a good looping servant.
everything in my box is max ascended finally after we got that dumby thick stack of 5s embers everything except my 2nd np5 cheng gong who is staying comfortably at level 1
Gong was the best when I started JP, it was yamatai event and I got hijikata and himiko. Just yeet hijikata and he hits like a truck with 1hp. Any single target in arc 1 was a breeze

jp f2p/newbie don't really need him because they have access to waver ticket+xu fu+ support summer Ibuki, this team can loop pretty much anything a Gong team can loop
Worth mentioning he can be used at any level or Ascension, because even at level 1 he can he used to swap people in, and he's easier to kill with his low HP, meaning 2 free switch ins. Give him the ally np charge on death ce and you've got an easy to use level 1 servant. Or ascend him once for the battery and leave him like that so he dies easier. Any level has a use tbh.
It will be here in a few months or so. But you need at least two 50% chargers (preferably Castoria) + Paracelsus for him, unless you have a Kaleidoscope or a starting charge (preferably 60%) with his append 2 skills unlocked to offset some of that cost.

Think of it as a way to cycle through units you need. He mows people down fast but needs ammo. Since you’re new, I would recommend just using Paracelsus and a friend support Castoria for your Space Ishtar (She is basically a pretty strong AOE character) and has a higher atk stat since she is an avenger.
If true JP is lucky Af. Been playing since June last year (I missed the anniversary). Never had Waiver or any SSR support in my main account. I gained so many strong servants (Artoria, Ozy, Herc, Emiya etc.) but the account was so painful to farm with. I had to be creative with lower rarity just to farm a bit. I can't Loop! Rerolled for Muramasa since I didn't get him on main, and so far with a special set up I can loop even without Castoria.

You're in luck, because you can actually use him at level 1 just for his NP to cycle units in, and his taunt is basically a free switch in as well.
