Live hasn't made a game because the NBA license is $1 BILLION b4 development they priced them out the market they need an investor to get the license 1st that's why 2k is monopolizing the market
ya'll have to do research. EA wanted to put out a free to play title, but the NBA got in between that and shut it down because of the relationship that they have with 2k. They felt it would take money away from them because of the licensing deal that they have in place at the moment. I feel like the licensing deals are the reason sports gaming is the way it is. If we stop dumping money into a single product year in and year out, they won't have the funds to pay for a license deal, therefore there will be more studios to create their vison of what a basketball, football, soccer, etc.. game should be.
