What the NATO STO offers to early-career scientists (extended)

In September 2023, the NATO Science and Technology Organization invited 12 early-career researchers to present their work to the NATO Science and Technology Board in Helsinki, Finland. These researchers, representing 11 Nations, are part of the NATO STO collaborative network of more than 5,000 scientists and researchers from across the Alliance - the world's largest collaborative network for defence-focused science and technology.
In this video, the scientists share their thoughts about their work, the future of science and technology in the Alliance, and how working with the STO has opened new doors in their careers.
