As someone who has never had a date for as long as they've lived (going to be a wizard in a year, so that should say how old that is), I know how it feels to be rejected and to try and be hopeful about having a dating partner. It really sucks especially when it happens again and again years and years later. Regardless, I can only hope that things work out for them in the future.

With proper diet and not too much excessive fat in your body, a 170cm guy should weight around 60-65kg. Below 60kg your body will look thin and above 65kg your stomach will start looking bulged noticeably. Of course, all of these doesn't apply if you do a workout and build muscle.
