Small chipper being used in a domestic clearance job removing two trees and hedges and reducing another hedge. Work being carried out in Offord near Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.

Edwin Dude thank you. We were in two minds as lots of other videos did not show capabilities hence why we made a few of our own. Been pleased with it so far though.
@@zacharvey3173 no - the only thing I have had to do was change the drive belts and swap the blades over. Drive belts was my fault as forgot to adjust the tension on them after a few uses. The blades have two sides so just on the second side now and I have put a lot of stuff through it.
@@cgpm that’s perfect! I bought a log splitter from the last year and it’s great! We have a gardening business in Scotland and are looking for chippers so far this one looks the best for the money! I understand things go wrong with all machines and that maintenance is always going to be needed! Can it chip a good diameter?
I've been looking for a decent little chipper that'll fit in back of my van...as some sticky fingered fucker stole my last one so out of sight and out of mind I was about just get one of those cobra things but after looking of the website of rock I think I'll have one of these, just out of curiosity whats the company like to deal with say if it breaks is there some kind of warranty?
In my experience they have been really good. I had to adjust and turn over the blades and they walked me through it over the phone first and told me what to do and what to avoid. Chipper still going strong, purchased it around April /may 2020.
@@NBK3524 I have to take the chute off to fit in my van Vauxhall vivaro that’s got racking etc, so limited on space. But I have had it the van. Just undo a couple bolts to remove them and it goes in.
@@steventreadaway hi mate.great video. How easy is it to pull push onto the back of your vivaro van? Im looking to get a chipper. and if im on my own some days i need figure out if getting 160kg on and off my van is doable(ive got ramps). :-)

Varies depending if it’s soft/hardwood and how much foliage. We have out stuff through up to around 85 - 100mm diameter
