I miss the old Kent store, air tubes for change, buster browns, malt shop. Across the street a testaurant with each table rotary music juke box. Got my Gi joes, Star Wars figures there. Got my grad tux ant Guidrys shop. Love you John Guidry, Roland.1984. Seems like yesterday. I grew up on Lskeside drive, near CN station and College. My home. Havent been in 20 years.
I love your city I came in December 2024 as a French tourist to see my family your nature is beautiful and your city is very clean I'll come back again this year
Hello, my husband is an accountant and speaks French. We are from the Kingdom of Morocco and we have a 15-year-old daughter. Can we immigrate to Canada? Thank you.
Appreciate the video folks! Recently (Ontario) neighbours moved to NB so have been curious about it. Bathurst plus Miramichi were two of the several locations we were interested in. Thank you. 🇨🇦
The "North Shore" is very picturesque. It's mostly English speaking in the direction you took, if you go East from Bathurst it gets very Acadian. Bathurst was prosperous 40 years ago and had a much larger population then, but then the mine closed, then the smelter, then the pulp and paper mill. It's pretty, but has a lack of local industry. If you can work from home, it's cheaper than the south of the province.
Good insight 👍. Thank you. Appreciate you watching. Hope you'll follow our journey. We are back in NB and loving every minute of it. We hope to do our bit to promote tourism here.
@@JavaWalkerWorld Oh, interesting, just looked at your channel. We have a lot of parallels, live in Kingston, travel to NB every year to a small cottage at the far end of Bay of Chaleur. You just need a carload of dogs.
We love dogs. So much so, we do Trusted Housesitters, mainly to get our pooch fix. We're dying to get a little French Bulldog...but we still want to do some international travel. 🤗
@@JavaWalkerWorld We're hoping to travel with our dogs, we're restoring a vintage motorhome to tour in. Our pups have their own channel, here they are doing tourism footage for NB, you have competition th-cam.com/video/23JuQq_FhmI/w-d-xo.html
