I really enjoy Roland's cooling n hv successfully tried many of your dishes. Tq so much. Can I chk if I were to fry the rice and egg in the morning to be used to cook for porridge for dinner, how to preserve the crispness?
How come when u pressed on the ball while frying, the balls came out round and nice? I tried the same method but my balls became flat after I pressed on the balls and did not end up round like yours. May I know if u started frying the balls at low heat or medium heat?
Tried this today. It was absolutely awesome and my family loved it! The taste is up there with those of fine dining Chinese restaurants.
