31:37 you may have tension issues - there’s a little screw on the bobbin and of course the knobs on the front of the machine. Usually the bottom thread issues has something to do with the bobbins. 😊
I feel like bobbin issues are the bane of my existence lol!! I'll do some finagling and try to get it all sorted!!

Thank you so much!! I did a good bobbin cleaning the other day and used the hack of holding the threads from another comment and everything is running smoothly now!!
Joann's has Flex Form by the yard.. basically the same thing you use. I like fusible fleece too.
Fusible fleece is definitely my favorite to use it's super easy to cut and deal with compared to other things so I'll probably use that in most projects moving forward!!
Check your bobbin to see if there is a little thread sticking up out of the hole from the inside end. Any little piece will make a birds nest. I have the same machine and usually it's a piece of thread inside the bottom from when I filled it and didn't cut it off short enough.
I've been using the trick of holding the strings in the back from another comment and it has helped tremendously!! Why are sewing machines so finicky lol!!
That's great! Also, if you see a little tail thread sticking up at the top of your bottom in the hole trim it short otherwise you get a birdsnest

I like using the fusible fleece for zip bags. It works well. Nice cross hatch quilting. The bags are adorable
I definitely think fusible fleece is the easiest thing to work with so I do like that, I've picked up some polyfil batting that I'm using in a few bags that I've wanted extra floofy but that stuff is tricky to work with lol. Thank you so much!!
Hi! If you have embrilliance essentials you can color sort the steps before you stitch out. Took me a hot minute to figure that out haha. Game changer.
I have the demo version just so I can use the BX fonts lol I will have to see if I can do that with that version!! Thanks for the tip!! I'm thinking about getting a paid version and actually learning how to do digitizing but I feel like I already do a lot of different things lol

Love your videos! When you’re starting to sew, you can hold the ends of the thread coming from the machine with your hand and it should stop the nesting 😊 hope that makes sense!

I have that same photo box and it’s a life saver!
I want an embroidery machine even more when I see stuff like the book sleeve because it can be a bit of a pain to make the way I do them lol
Also there’s some good places to order from that you can get consistency of materials. I love Joann’s but the Pelion can be so hit or miss depending on the batch. I would encourage you to check out wizardry stitchery, the price is a little more but I’ve been using them for quite a long time and I can honestly I’ve never had to question weather or not the quality was going to match what I’m used to, it’s been the same EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
I need to pull it out of the box this week for sure and use it!! I've been meaning to make time to do photography but haven't gotten around to it, it'll definitely by easier than bringing out the big one haha. It's definitely a lot easier on the embroidery machine but there are a bunch more steps involved! I'll check out wizardry stitchery I've never heard of that before but it sounds right up my alley lol
I just came across this video of yours now, and boy was I surprised of the items you bought. Every time you mentioned one, I was like, “I also have that.” 🤭 Although the acrylic box had been on my cart for a veeeerrryyy long time already, I’m just waiting for the price to drop a little bit. I know I need it ‘coz, being from South East Asia, dust is everywhere. 😩 But the cost is too much for a struggling small Handmade business owner. 🤭 Now that I saw your video, it’s a confirmation for me that my idea is not so bad, and maybe I really need to bite the bullet. Although for me it will house my hair accessories and plushies for sale.

There are edge to edge quilting patterns that you can use to quilt on your embroidery machine too. A ton on Etsy and possibly some on Creative Fabrica (not sure).

I have a few packs in my cart right now lol but I've been using the Parker in the Porch back quilting steps as my quilting and I've been liking that! I am so glad you had a great time! My boys have been asking to go this weekend but they keep saying that King Kong gives them the "shivers" lol
I would love to hear what your pros and cons are about your embroidery machine. I would love to get into embroidery in the near future and am doing my research, however, I know you use yours quite a bit and who else to get feedback from then from someone who uses it so much.

I can talk about it in my next studio vlog if I can remember lol! I definitely like my machine but I do think you can probably get another that does similar things with a better price tag. It definitely depends on what you're trying to do with your machine and you can even start small with a single needle. I would even look on Facebook marketplace and start with a used one to make sure you like it!
@@googoogoods I definitely want to try to avoid having to buy a machine to start up with and then another once I'm all in, I don't want anything too big, but definitely more than single needle. I like the size of your machine or if you know anything comparable to it, if you could do it all over again. I haven't heard too many good things about Ricoma, so it's definitely a brand I want to stay away from. Thank you again for any input you may have....

Hi Bailey! Another great video! I have a question, do you find people by sweatshirts all year long? I just bought a bunch of t-shirts for to embroider for my market at the end of the month. I wonder if I should get sweatshirts too? Also what video editor do you use? I am thinking of starting a TH-cam channel. I am scared but I think I want to do it! Look forward to the next time I see your videos !

Thank you so much! I do find that people buy sweatshirts all year long, because I'm in central Florida it's probably less so in my area but they still sell. I also have found that true Floridians wear sweatshirts outside even in the summer months lol. If you want to test it out you can just get a few and see how it goes! I actually made a video about how I edit my videos here (th-cam.com/video/sMhV09-nqUo/w-d-xo.html) I use Premiere Pro! You should definitely go for it! You can always start small with filming with your phone and see if you like it, I believe in you!
