did yall realize how the vampires just stood around Nick at 7:55, only reason i think of is that Nick just accepted his death, he showed no fear which further suggests that these creatures only attack once they since fear, this is also written by that archeologist that these creatures only attack once they since fear aka adrenaline
Actually, when Rachel and Eric are exploring the temple at first, you can see a paper which lists all of the creatures characteristics. They are blind They only sense you through sound They can smell your blood So, with Nick being quite and maintaing his composure, I don't think they could sense him
I know I'm late, but it's partly due to the vampires being driven by adrenaline (as explained in other documents), but also the presence of the ancient one, who is proven capable of leading infected characters and vampires during certain outcomes. Said ancient-one had been stalking Nick all the way to the cocoon, like playing with potential food. In most other cases, our heroes are either being hunted, or shocked/surprised, or shouting/shooting at aliens, instigating fights a lot quicker. There are still numerous scenarios where vampire inaction is hard to explain, but for the most part, it all works out.
Yes exactly that's adrenaline, I once got to work with very little sleep and I was very tired, and I was about to fall asleep while standing up, and my team leader who is very strict came and I suddenly felt all the energy and I became very alive, I was also injured that time.
I also loves that he gets zapped by generator (that is going BUST second time) and he transitions instantly into fixed generator Before that Eric and Shovelface cheater girl Ashley Tisdale DUCKTAPE a leaking gasoline pipe, show us a dead plug, and with the sheer power of will, start the generator without the plugs. So if the parasite can just be pulled out of the bat creatures they're dissecting, does this mean there's a possibility that they can take up a living bat creature, extract the parasite and at least find out more information on what happened? The bat creatures were intelligent and benevolent beings before the parasite infection after all. Then there's potential for the whole evil government turning the parasite into a bioweapon that goes horribly wrong idea, but I don't think this'll get a sequel, let alone a sequel like that, but there's still possibilities.
Nah, the parasites kill the host before they take over. The only thing keeping those bodies going was the slime that the parasites secrete. Those Aliens died ages ago The only reason they were able to drive out the parasite for Rachel was that she hadn't been killed and taken yet or the light would have just set her on fire too
This will just turning into zombie night. They’re vulnerable to UV but that Akkadian who has been taking over for thousands of years. He has immunity to sunlight. So that actually means if they have taking over on something for long enough. It will have the same ability as the host.
@@shedontknowbutsheknows6225 nah, infected humans still burn, as seen with Joey. Akkadian was never exposed to direct sunlight that we see Though it is implied that it is not really the bodies that burn but rather the slime that is keeping the bodies alive. I think the parasite is probably the hardest thing to actually weaponised their, at best it probably could be exploited to produce medicine. There is a litteral spaceship with unknown power sources and interstellar technology, that shit is probably far more interesting than the parasite.

did yall realize how the vampires just stood around Nick at 7:55, only reason i think of is that Nick just accepted his death, he showed no fear which further suggests that these creatures only attack once they since fear, this is also written by that archeologist that these creatures only attack once they since fear aka adrenaline
Yeah that does make sense. I didn’t even think of that 🤔. Good catch
Actually, when Rachel and Eric are exploring the temple at first, you can see a paper which lists all of the creatures characteristics.
They are blind
They only sense you through sound
They can smell your blood
So, with Nick being quite and maintaing his composure, I don't think they could sense him
That scene is badass ngl
I know I'm late, but it's partly due to the vampires being driven by adrenaline (as explained in other documents), but also the presence of the ancient one, who is proven capable of leading infected characters and vampires during certain outcomes. Said ancient-one had been stalking Nick all the way to the cocoon, like playing with potential food. In most other cases, our heroes are either being hunted, or shocked/surprised, or shouting/shooting at aliens, instigating fights a lot quicker. There are still numerous scenarios where vampire inaction is hard to explain, but for the most part, it all works out.
Bruh Nick is like "I need help Iam injured" as soon as the squad arives he can suddenly run
Chemistry ratings boost the player
Mf was hyped the way he got saved last second, prolly adrenaline
Na bruh that's adrenaline you don't feel pain
Yes exactly that's adrenaline, I once got to work with very little sleep and I was very tired, and I was about to fall asleep while standing up, and my team leader who is very strict came and I suddenly felt all the energy and I became very alive, I was also injured that time.
I also loves that he gets zapped by generator (that is going BUST second time) and he transitions instantly into fixed generator

Salim is both the underdog and the odd one out, but he rolls with everything thrown at him. He's just very likable. It takes more than enemy soldiers and ancient alien vampires to keep him from wishing his boy a happy birthday.
While this is the best ending I do like the ending we’re only Jason and Salim make it out. It adds away to their friendship that they had to rely on each other in order to escape. That their friendship was forged out of necessity and it now carry’s the weight of the other members death. And it was only them they could rely on in the very end. For those who are wondering on how to make Salim leave before the helicopters arrive, don't call in close air support during the briefing at the beginning of the game and don't let Merwin live to fix the radio.

Those Aliens died ages ago
The only reason they were able to drive out the parasite for Rachel was that she hadn't been killed and taken yet or the light would have just set her on fire too
This will just turning into zombie night.
Akkadian was never exposed to direct sunlight that we see
Though it is implied that it is not really the bodies that burn but rather the slime that is keeping the bodies alive. Once it is burned up, the corpse starts to rapidly decay and go inert
I think the parasite is probably the hardest thing to actually weaponised their, at best it probably could be exploited to produce medicine. There is a litteral spaceship with unknown power sources and interstellar technology, that shit is probably far more interesting than the parasite.

-Decision / choice based adventure game, dialogue, intercharacter relationships and all.

- Branching plots (i think?) deciding which ending we'll get.
