I definitely prefer these Six Flags spaghetti bowl sections being outside vs inside like with Cedar Fair’s models. Makes for great front row rides. Best thing about the flight of fear rides is the air condition
@@Meatloaf8 the spaghetti bowl "mess" of track is a pretty impressive feat of engineering and I personally prefer to see it vs not like on the FOF models. Also, the SF models run faster...60mph vs 54mph on the FOF models despite being near identical. SF models are also a little newer and seem to ride a little smoother
@@Tay_Sports I tried to get on Flight Of Fear 2 days ago but couldn't, it was down for most of the morning, Fast lane Line was barely moving in the afternoon, then thunderstorm warnings closed the rides so I was gone by then
This is honestly probably my favorite ride at the park. Ride ops have a good time with dispatches. It's reliable. A good overall coaster with a little bit of everything for everyone.
Love this ride. It has such good pacing. You're high up, tons of head choppers, and you pick up and insane amount of velocity (or feel like you do) as you're winding yourself down that hill in those awesome banked turns. I've only rode the one at Fiesta Texas though.
This is a pretty decent ride I just hope six flags gives this ride an overhaul by adding theming to the experience especially in the queue line and station just like it's sister in Fiesta Texas
Dang this one’s crazy. Its going faster than Poltergeist at SFFT even though it looks to be the same layout. Probably because of the weather though. All my rides on Poltergeist were crawling at the top lmao.
One of the best about Six Flags Spaghetti Bowl Coasters this one and the one In The Great State of Teeexxxxasss is no Trim Brakes on the mid Course Break run or atleast where one is located on the Cedar Original Versions
The ones outside are definitely better than both FoFs, they don't have that dumb mid course to bring you to a halt and you can see all the head choppers
This is my home park and I have rode this ride ALOT and the last time I took my daughter I convinced her it slows down in some parts of the coaster well she finally decided to ride it at night right before we left and I swear she swears I lied to her because I didn't put it together that riding it at night after running all day will making the coaster run faster
@@angelarice6248 As I said, haven't been there for a while and according to the RCDB, "Joker's Jinx was originally built with over the shoulder restraints. For the 2002 season, the over the shoulder restraints were removed and lap bar restraints were put in their place."
this looks so much better than flight of fear, it has better pacing and no mid course and it looks like it is smoother and faster. the only down side is its not able to run when cold or in rain unlike flight of fear
If I was a ride op, I'd be like, "Raise your hands and make some noise if you are ready to ride" ......I'd launch those MFers right after the word, "IF"

And FoF stays open in cold or rainy weather.
It depends if you want more near misses or complete darkness.

They always count off like 5… 4… 3… and then the coaster just launches 😂

Mid section is kinda slow but the end is insane with so much force
I'd definitely ride this roller coaster. I like how fast the roller coaster goes at the start and the amount of twists and turns that it has.
The beginning, although I saw it happen before, was rather jarring. Really fun though, the lady just said ; “Bye.”
The finale is spectacular!!!😈🤘
