You will find the beauty in the snow/cold because the places you’re going are absolutely stunningly gorgeous. Also, if you dont have time to write in your journal, grab your phone and do a voice memo. You can always turn them into text later!

Since you mentioned it, we had a delightful conversation with one of the dancers on our last cruise (she was from England) ... learned about her life and that she was delighted to have her dad along on the cruise.

Hi Kristine, congratulations on your 2nd contract.. in Australia. It’s already heating up here in Sydney & im sure you will have a blast enjoying Christmas / Nee Year in the Aussie summer. It is a different type of heat to that in the states, a lot more humidity. Make sure you bring sunscreen & sun protection, it is just too easy to get sunburned. What often happens is you go out for the day & not realize that you have been sunburnt & dehydrated until the evening when you start feeling ill. Expect hot hot summer days + daylight savings so the sunset will be around 9pm instead of 6pm, wild thunderstorms in the afternoon/s & evenings followed by some beautiful rainbows.
So so looking forward to your vlogs all about your adventures..

Sounds a lot like the US Southeast! 😄I think she will adapt well coming from Florida. Australia is a place I'd love to go, so I'm excited to see her start this contract as well!

Shouldn’t be hard for you to make more friends on the ship. Not sure how much free time you’ll get. You will be awake early enough at least once a week though, plenty of time left on such days 😂
I do like all your goals. There are just a lot of them? I tend to set only a few goals, helps me focus on those.Then again, your goals cover about ten months🎉 (is this contract slightly longer than previous one? Maybe that looooong crossing Sydney to Seattle has something to do with that)

🌊 You may soon realize that you are gaining friends all over the world through your content. Since you enjoy the beauty of God's handiwork sunrises and sunsets, I truly hope you have gotten to see the nighttime spectacle that is The Southern Cross. Seeing that constellation each night was a very literal highlight on our Australia south pacific cruise. No wonder it is the larger part of the Aussie flag.

@@SamDybing Omg that sounds amazing!! The best thing about being in warmer climates is that you really don’t need a whole lot of thicker clothing! My packing video might be either my next video or the one after!
Yeah, I agree with you on that. The downside is I do better in colder climates but honestly I am so excited it doesn’t really bother me. I’m looking forward to living on the ship. I hope I don’t get too lost haha. I’m going to posting tick tocks but not TH-cam. I’ll look out for your videos though. I think I follow you on tick tock but I’ll double check. I have just passed 2000 followers! It’s a small amount but I just started so hopefully my ship content will do well! You live in Florida so you’re not too far from the ship port. That’s awesome. I hate flying but I have a long journey across the US to go to training for a week and then another journey to Hawaii.

Hi! I just found your videos and I'm loving them! When you cross from Australia to Seattle, how long does that take? Are guests on board?
It’s 26 days spaced out into 2 cruises and yes guests can book the crossing!

Don’t wander around Noumea alone, it’s not safe. I’m from Australia and have done a few cruises that go there… it’s notorious for “wandering hands”… I was groped on the street there when I was with my husband. Sorry to say but it’s not my favourite place and I tend to stay on the ship when I’m on a cruise that stops there now.
I am sorry to hear that. I haven't been to Australia yet. I think Australia is beautiful and has a lot of wildlife. I am from the U.S so it is certainly different in terms of animals. I will add that to my travel ideas list of places to avoid. Stay safe ❤

When does your contract end? Will you go back to Australia after Alaska? Cruising in Alaska is amazing-you will love it!

Hi thank you!! I’ve only ever seen dolphins from the ship, and I absolutely love dolphins so I was so excited!! I’ve heard there’s more sea life especially when we go to Alaska and people go whale watching so I think that would be incredible!! I have 5 friends from Odyssey that are joining me on Ovation 🥰 Thank you for your kind words and following along!! 💗

We spent 38 days driving cruising flying around Oz and Kiwi 10 years best trip ever
Great Barrier Reef near Cairns a must
Great Ocean Road near Mel also the 10 Apostles ocean rocks a few have fallen down
Ayers Rock in Oz Center amazing but hard for u to get there need to fly
Milford Sound in NZ s island ship will go in just incredible
Tasman sea crossing can be rough
