The releases of the Mars and the elf primers are close enough for them to not be an intentional dupe. It’s possible they were formulated from the same lab and Mars sells makeup for so cheap cause they don’t do promotions.

TH-camrs like you and nidhi katiyar give so much insight regarding these super affordable brands in india about how they are formulated similarly, manufactured and produced similarly. So that changes the whole perspective about these brands that what we already have in our country is not less in quality or is any different than those international inexpensive brands.
