Aconsejo grabar programas sin contenido dramático ni actual, voz masculina por ser menos aguda, sin música ni anuncios(las peroratas de javier sierra me funcionan; obviamente el misterio de las pirámides como que no te va a excitar) y ponerlo muy bajito, en el límite de la perceptibilidad...
