you are aware that sewage is treated and then dumped into the local water bodies, right? And then water from the same river is taken, purified, and delivered to your tap? Astronauts drink reprocessed urine (processing literally leaves you with 100% H2O with no smell or taste) and here this is the same process employed.

Among these projects you would probably need 1-2 in each state with water purification system plant and complete next generation plasma incerators Waste to energy that purify CO2 in salt brine to amonia so you can at least use some of it in industrial amonia fuel cells to power up some of critical systems , with additional recycling center for most of the materials ,to solve the problem with garbe problem in streets you simply dig place for big concrete box for communal waste (that can be easy empty on truck ) and recycling reclamation center around the blocks (that depends who cleans streets private firm or government ).

Water is not a source of B12, it doesn’t contain it. The minerals aren’t mostly from water either. The main issue is that water which has too low minerals will leach the minerals you have in your body. You don’t need them from the water. This can simply be fixed by adding lime to the water which they do at most plants like this.

Why can’t you take the water from the ocean? We all hear about how global warming is melting all of the ice caps. Ocean water is easily converted to h2o
