Not defending the cookies, pricing or Pokimane comments, but this is mostly because you just _studied_ graphic design and didn't actually _work_ in graphic design (plus this isn't just about GD but also about marketing). The different colors is a talking point. They did it because this product is all about branding, and a brand that does things differently is a brand that gets talked about. If they came out with a packaging that follows all the textbook GD rules, it would've looked incredibly generic and bland. Hate the health claims, pricing and messaging all you want, but the packaging is actually pretty good.

My theory: this company put out the cookies for a trial run real cheap to see how they performed. They then told spoiled princess “hey! You want to get into the snack game! We have a cookie product that did really well in stores. Let’s just use that!” They added some vitamin D, used the same everything else, tripled the price, lowered the quantity and there ya go 😂. Bet that’s what happened.
