- In this video I have shown how to open philips 4000 series trimmers and replace the batteries at home. It's really easy. I have replaced the original batteries with Duracell 750 mah rechargeable batteries which costs 250 rupees a pair. So you can make your trimmer working again in 250 rupees. You will also need a soldering iron for this. If you don't have it then you can take the help from an electrician shop for 10 to 20 rupees. Please don't forget to hit like button. I was about to buy a new philips trimmer and mean while i came across ths video and made my mind to take a chance and replaced the old batteries with new one.

Ya, I watched this video but when it came to soldering I took too much time and due to heat I damaged the new batteries. Now the trimmer with the new battery is giving me less than 5 mins battery backup 😢

What is the original battery specifications.
I can see it 650mah but of what voltage?

Thank you bhai. I have done the troubleshooting and definately the battery of my Philips QT 4011/15 has died and needs to be replaced. I checked online and there are so many options (esp one with 1.2V) which I dont think will work. Can you please share the link where I can order duracell batteries and get the trimmer to work again? thank you once again.
They won't work for more than a week. Change the trimmer.

I have same model battery backup is dead. When I try to use on plugin my trimmer stops on heavy hair. When I stop and start again in t will work and stop again what should I have to do buy new or need to replace the motor?
Bro I changed the battery and soldered it..now before using first time I plugged to charge and after sometime some kind of sound was coming from trimmer and the battery was heated quite hot..I used Duracell 750mah rechargeable battery...qg3387 trimmer.

I have same AAA size battery but capacity is 1100mah...will it work?
The trimmer works with third party batteries like Duracell but keeps stopping after some time of use. Don't change it yourself. Go to service centre and get it replaced.
I bought 1100 mah battery and my trimmer have dead due to high capacity battery use.
I have just replaced the battery with 2 rechargeable AAA battery of Duracell 1.2v 750mah on my qt4011 Philips Trimmer. But not getting that speed like previous and trimming duration also.. what to do?

Bro, today I change battery of this phillips trimer Qt4011 with duracell AAA rechargeable. But i found that it doesn't last more than 10 min.
I have a doubt, whether it is difference in voltage or something else. The duracell i bought is 1.2v, mah 750. I found that mah is same but i found nowhere the voltage on the original battery.
If you know the original voltage of this trimmer Qt4011, please let me know.
Duracell battery does not last very long. So I replaced again with original from philips service centre.

Not recommended. Try to get it repaired from service centre. Battery life is pathetic.

Koi nhi aap dusre acche trimmers le sakte ho kam price me. Mein aur trimmers ke review bhi dal dunga channel par.

Battery self discharge problem hai mere trimmer me bhi hai. Isliye har bar charge krke use krna padta hai.

Iske 20 levels hai mere me 10 levels hai.
Exactly yeh wala nahi hai par Iske pehle wala version hai mere paas. Iska charging time 1 hr hai aur mere ka 8 hr hai. Charging port same hai.
Qt4011 ka charger agar aap delhi se ho to mujhse buy kr sakte ho.
Philips ke service centre se bhi mil jaega.
