Yes, Diana (pronounced Dee-ana) is Russian - born in the far east in Siberia, although now living in Moscow. In this particular performance she was 15 years old (she's now 18). Diana's voice type is that of a dramatic contralto (contralto being the lowest female voice), she is also polyphonic, which means she can sing two or more notes at the same time, with a 3 octave range.
The show she is appearing on is called "You Are Super" designed to highlight the talents of disadvantaged children - this was her second year on the show (won on both occasions). The last judge to press the green button is Igor Krutoy, a very big cheese in Russian music - he was already well aware of her ability and he confirmed he pressed the button at a break in the song so not to disturb Diana. The blond lady said "class" when she pressed earlier in the song.
👉Diana's rendition of this song is unique and amazing. Here, in 2019 Diana sang this song in the singing competition 'You are super' (she was 15 years old). This competition is unique in the world, an international TV- competition: 'You are Super', especially for adopted and orphaned children. The musical project “You are super! can give to children who do not have a prosperous childhood, not only positive emotions, but also hope for changes in their fates. Eighty children from various countries can now take part, understanding that they have outstanding talents. Only the best of the best will be able to complete all the selections.

Howey Mendell is a world famous composer, so he would have higher standards than most. He's also the one that helped start this program, a singing competition for underprivileged kids (aka orphans), and he is the one who bought Diana and her family an apartment in Moscow.

Things are not always what they seem. That judge is Igor Krutoy, renowned Russian composer/producer. He was waiting for a good pause in the song before hitting that button so as not to disrupt the performance. The other judges picked up on that afterward and started doing the same thing. As for Diana, "the whole is greater than the sum of the parts." Don't pick her apart.
The other judges could not copy Igor Krutoy thereafter, as this was the semi-final and the second to last song Diana sang - the last being "Human" in the final, where the judges do not press their buttons. If you're alluding to "Rechenka", when they all pressed at the same time, that was the previous year. I'm in perfect agreement with you when you say "don't pick her apart", Diana's performances come as a whole experience.

@@jinxvrs You are right. Most people get this wrong because they did not follow the order of the show. However, Wicked Game was the "last" competitive song." Human was a non-competitive song which is why no buttons were pushed for the other singers as well on that last show. Here is the order:
Season 2018:
Deniere Danse......competitive song
It's A Man's World......competitive song (quarter-finals)
Rechenka......last competitive song (semi-finals)
Tomorrow Is A Lie......non-competitive, does not count.
On the last show, they were to announce the winner as voted by the audience. The judges have no part in this. But, before they announce, all the finalists sang to entertain the audience. Even the judges took part. Two sang and two played the piano. Diana sang Tomorrow Is A Lie with Igor Kutroy playing the piano. Then they made the announcement. First place for season 2018 went to Diana Ankudinova with 49% of the votes.
Season 2019:
Blizzard.......competitive song
Wicked Game......last competitive song (semi-finals)
Human......non-competitive song, does not count.
On the last show, they were to announce the winner as voted by the audience. The judges have no part in this. But, before they announce, all the finalists sang to entertain the audience. Diana sang Human. Then they made the announcement. First place for season 2019 went to Simoganova Anastasia and Denberel Oorzhak (tied). The winner of the Grand Prix (best of seasons 1,2,3) went to Diana Ankudinova with 48% of the votes.
Tomorrow Is A Lie and Human were not part of the finals because the finals didn't exist. There were no such shows called the finals. The semi-finals were the last time the singers competed. The "final" simply meant that the audiences now get to vote for their favorite finalist by SMS or website.
There is no evidence that Igor Kutroy would wait for a "good pause" so as not to disrupt her performances. The question on some people's mind is the other judges did it earlier and did not disrupt her performance. He did not wait when she sang Deniere Danse and It's A Man's World. He was not a judge when she sang Blizzard. When she sang Rechenka, towards the end, apparently the judges thought the song was about to end. So they "rushed" to press the buttons. But she continued a little bit longer. So there were only four songs that he judge her on. Wicked Game was the last of her song of the season to be judge (Human was a non-competitive song). So where is the evidence that the other judges followed his example? What example? To the best of my knowledge, all the judges themselves would press their button at the appropriate time. The sooner the better without causing undue disruptions.

I took "Superseason. Final" to mean this was a final competitive round, where the judges do not vote themselves, but, the audience vote to for the winner based on the performances, in which case it would still be part of the competition.
I don't know when audience voting was allowed to start, was it before or after all competitors had sung their last song? I should think this would be an important distinction. If before I would agree with you. However, if after, the singers would still be competing for the viewers votes, wouldn't they?
