    Thank you for the new comparisation👍This looks much better and the result is completly different now. Now the Awol dominates much more!

    Once again AWOL Vision dominates over the Formovie. Great review, the AWOL is in a different class in every level. Amazing how Formovie performs outside of their distributors control. Nice work on the video,

    I've received and been using the Awol 3000 Pro for two weeks now, and here are my thoughts. Most video reviews show the projection with a red tint, but in reality, the colors are vibrant when viewed with the naked eye. The biggest advantage of this laser projector is its clarity: the focus is very sharp, every point is crisp, even when I project at 120 inches, and the blacks are deep enough. I didn't notice any lag during gaming, having tried racing and fighting games, and the brightness is sufficient. The downside is that the contrast isn't as high, making the overall picture look a bit dim, but you get used to it after a while. I'm curious to see how it compares to the 3500 Pro and whether that $1500 price difference really makes a significant impact.

      We will be adding a review for LTV-3500 Pro. You may consider using a Dolby Vision media player like Zidoo which will enhance the overall tone mapping. Subscribe to stay tuned.

      @@HomeEntertainmentSG The source I am using is just their included Fire TV 4k max. Good advice. TY. btw, me and I think many people want to watch AWOL 3000 PRO VS NEXIGO AURORA PJ92 Comparison side by side as well!

      @HomeEntertainmentSG  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      You should be referring to Nexigo Aurora Pro. From the layout of the interface ports and specs which it is using ALPD technology, it is the same OEM as Formovie Theatre.

      from the video (th-cam.com/video/Ef0tNjGDoOU/w-d-xo.html) @@HomeEntertainmentSG claimed the measured lumens of Awol 3000 Pro is just 2000, and Nexigo Aurora Pro is 2500, meanwhile, the contrast ratio is over 6000: 1, I am not sure if it is that good since I do not have it.

    Thank you for taking the time to make this comparison, it gives the user a better view of what they prefer. I do not have a projector but will be buying on later this year when my house built. My impression of what I saw was that they were closer than you thought and lent towards the Formovie. I did not like the reddish tint on the AWOL which was very clear at 7.48 on the coping, 7.52 on the thread and 8.05 on the ceiling . On the latter the greens and golds were far better too. Looking at other videos I think this is while the greater brightness is great for more ambient light scenarios, it is not so good in a dark room. So while the AWOL may be better for some buyers it may not be for others. I would be interested in hearing others comments on this.

      In my experience, Nexigo Aurora should be an OEM of Formovie Theatre by looking at the specs and interface ports layout. It will perform similar to Formovie Theatre.

    very impressive upgrade for awol in terms of black level, trichromas are difficult to capture without the reddish color, which is not present in real life, again thx for the comparaison.

    Much better video and the AWOL looked better this time, with blacks and colour saturation, sorry I missed it but was your screen an ALR screen ? Also surely the 3500 and the pro versions will have further improvements for AWOL ? Also does Formoivie have a newer version releasing anytime soon ? Thanks

    What’s with the noise? As I discovered the AWOL is a bit louder? Right ?

    • @HomeEntertainmentSG
      @HomeEntertainmentSG  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Noise wise, they are similar, both are at good low dB level. However, the power consumption of Formovie is significantly higher,, which results in more heat dissipation.

    I don’t understand the comparison used here. Vivid / Bright modes might be fine for daylight - but in comparing night modes it seems to be irrelevant. Some form of calibrated mode should have been used or at least their respective movie modes

    Formovie has by far superior sound. Zero need for Soundbar or any other outside source. I’ve heard this 3000 in person and it’s quite lacking. Also the UI I’m not a fan of. Each unit has pros and cons and those subtle changes in color are adjustable if you want more dynamic saturation.

    • @HomeEntertainmentSG
      @HomeEntertainmentSG  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Yes, Formovie Theatre sound is better than LTV-3000 as the sound is by B&W. For sound wise, we may complement with sound bar or Home Theatre System. Thus, the main question is, do you prefer brightness or sound in a projector selection? Brightness is the primary factor of a good projector.

      @darrelldarrell1447 not in s bad way you have to use a dedicated sound step up if you are investing so much in the projector and screen sound is just as important. I would never use the on board sound of any ust!!!!half the experience is lost

Both are great and the Formovie is cheaper. Stop crying because someone thinks one is slightly better than the other.
