Makes sense, but going even deeper, Larry having to work three jobs makes sense only if he has a child in school, and especially if said child has a rather expensive hobby that they're trying to turn into a career. Note that Giacomo is the only boss whose outfit you can tell used to be the school uniform, but with a little more added on; all the others are far too different to be former uniforms. I mean it's possible he just has sensory issues and won't wear any clothes that aren't comfortable to him, but part of it could be that out of all of them he feels the most guilty about leaving school not just because of how hard his dad is having to work to pay his tuition, but he also really enjoyed school aside from the bullies. In all likelihood Giacomo tried to tell Larry about the bullying, but Larry was usually too busy for him to reach. Larry feels immense guilt that his work takes him away from being there for his son like that, and also once he finds out about the bullying he had to endure, he's mad as hell. In fact the only reason he doesn't go after the bullies despite them having left the school already is because of Giacomo calming him down and telling him that it's long in the past, and he's doing much better now.

Torkoal would be a good middle stage. His final evolution could be a prehistoric turtle with an active volcano as his shell... Imagine a fusion of Camerupt and Drednaw with Fire-Rock as his typing (I'm surprised that Torkoal isn't already a Fire-Rock type).

The revavroom was part of the starmobile, but now they’re all broken down and not used. Each starmobile had the corresponding type of each boss’s pokemon, so for example Mela’s starmobile is fire type, Eri’s is fighting type, etc. normally revavroom is poison steel type
Baxcalibur is an intentional reference to Godzilla. It's signature move Glaive Rush, is an inverted version of how Godzilla "flies" in one of the movies by propelling himself with his fire breath and flying backwards. For Glaive Rush, he does it upside down so he propels himself forward.

I love the theme but it would be even more awesome if the theme's style/genre was altered depending on who you fight for example, ortega should have some intense orchestral music, or atticus can have that traditional japanese-type music with the badass strings and flutes

You know I was all for these rematches right when it's revealed Eri has both a Primeape and a Annihilape. I don't like teams like that, so much I find team star rematches as a whole, garbage.
I mean, they are pretty different, Annihilape will sweep your ass if you don’t one shot it and Primeape will take huge chunks out of your health if you don’t take care of it quickly

It's a nice little detail. Also for Eri, she seems to hate seeing others hurt, so Heal Ball is extra fitting for her.
