As per the lore tab of the reverie dawn arms, he already has one, but mara took it over from him

@@wyattthacker3679 All of the Reverie Dawn armor, regardless of the class, share the same lore tabs per piece. Any of the arms for any of the classes share the same lore tab. It's the Last Wish armor that has different lore tabs per piece of armor per class.
@@thebrotacogamer2944 well in that case, the Reverie Dawn gauntlets for any of the classes don't mention Mara Sov taking Toland's throne world from him, it says Mara Sov saying that her mother is Light and her father is Darkness
@@wyattthacker3679 I'll have to look at the lore again. But I was just trying to tell you that the lore tab isn't exclusive to each class, it's all shared to the set as a whole per piece.
As more of a solo player this gun does wonders

Toland is and has always been my favorite character in the Destiny universe, Bad Juju was my first exotic in Destiny 1 and just his character is so interesting. I hope one day we can get a lore book of his journals, that would be so awesome
Byf I had a theory on Shadowkeep. Those floating black husks we see in the trailers must be the dead guardians lost in the first assault on Crota. And the common theme of Shadowkeep is nightmares, what's more nightmarish than seeing your fellow guardians corpses floating there taunting you.

I believe that when Toland says that we should have let it feed more, he is referring to the catalyst since to complete it you have to get kills with the bad juju
How do you obtain the catalyst?
It would depend how it's obtained as most require kills to calibrate them
@@joelrobinson5457 Considering this was over a year ago, you used to be able to get it by doing the mission you did to get it again in the tribute hall, obviously that got removed so I have no clue how you get it now.

I recently completed last wish for the first time and gotten all of the warlock armor pieces, and based on that lore, when Oryx died, Riven became King of the Taken, and the taken became extensions of her will throughout the system. I'm not at all surprised that a Might of Riven would be in the ascendant plane around the leviathan. What is surprising is that one would exist despite Riven being untook after her death. However, if you read the armor lore, Savathun Wished to take up Riven's strings and become her new master, and said wish might still be in play despite her being untook. So Riven might still be doing Savathun's bidding

I honestly just thought about this: Bad Juju is both bomb and sword logic. When you go on a killing spree, you get stronger and then release that strength, going back to square one. It’s also bomb logic, because it requires multiple things to happen for you to kill. It’s a never ending cycle of death. Your gun is your sword, and you kills are components for your bomb.
Have returned to Destiny and to Byf after 6 months away due to mental health and then having a baby.

@@TugboatTheBoat mate what I've learnt is just enjoy who and how you are, warts and all so to speak. Accept the crap days as they are and just get through them, then take extra care to make a big deal to yourself about the good ones. Our brains tend to hold on to negative stuff and let the positive slip through, you gota reverse that as much as you can.
Man from what it seems , our light may not be enough to take on the darkness. It's so much fun to think we might actually may lose a fight. Bungie story telling is amazing man

Since then I've worked hard to become a lore master in Destiny and spread this amazing universe to my friends in the game. It’s crazy how witchqueen lore adds so much context to your past vids byf, I just finished chronicon vids and I’m pretty sure savathun influenced the scribes near the end. Now I’m seeing this and the witness has been foreshadowed in the bad juju…MIND BLOWING

from the lore tab on the weapon, it sounds like whatever is at the top of the ascendant realm is something we currently have no clue about, since toland says "Higher than even I, sailor upon the Sea of Screams that I am, can yet see." If Toland doesn't know much more than what is essentially gossip, how would we guardians know what this thing at the top is?

I find it really interesting that the Taken Cabal has a title, "Born of the Hellmouth". Oryx's reach didn't really make it to the Moon of Earth. Although his influence did make it to Luna through Crota, his actual Taken powers did not. So, under this premise, it's safe to assume that Mant Yút is a new Taken general. Considering his title, it's also safe to assume that Shadowkeep has something to do with a Taken presence on the Moon. Right?

Alot of the stuff we are getting recently, at least to me, has been hinting at a few things;
1. Something BIG is going down in the Hellmouth. (Other than the obvious Shadowkeep stuff)
2. Our guardian is starting to use weapons of Light and Sorrow. (Lumina and Bad Juju for example)
3. Eventualy even our Guardians own powers will reflect this balance of Light and Dark, or as I call it... The Grey. (See lore book "For every Rose a Thorn", chapter "Revelations and Invitations"

No, this was made long before Shadowkeep, so I doubt it's the same tower. More like a parable of the Sword Logic.
By that Logic Xivu Arath, the war god, shall be the final queen. The Queen of Armies. Wherever there is war is the court of Xivu Arath. And I can Imagine that. She needs no magic, no trickery. Just pure, unbridled might. And if savathun dies, She will be the one remaining god of the hive, and thus the entirety of the hive with tithe to her and her alone.

At 2:10, the story about the three queens in the three nations is brought up to represent the sword logic. I'm probably not the first to notice this, but did anybody else notice the similarities of the first queen writing a great book, like oryx writing the books of Sorrow, the second Queen building a great tower, and in Shadow keep we see that Scarlet Tower and it is supposedly tied to Savathun, and then the third Queen raises a great army, where as Xivu Arath is known as the aspect of war between the three siblings.
Byf have you ever considered posting your longer vids on something like spotify or Apple music, I think it's be really cool considering your vids pictures don't add a whole lots it's mostly audio?

you know, knowing what we can do in teams of 3 and 6, even solo, it terrifies and awws me to see what an army of guardians can do
The description of the opulent duelist Mark (menagerie titan mark) says that “the novenary, the Awoken Queen, the sad, strange little man on his rickety boat... believe they’ve seen the [end of all things].” I assume the novenary means the Nine, and the Awoken Queen is obviously Mara Sov, but the third I’m unsure of. My guess is that it would be Toland, given that he is often described as sailing the sea of sorrows (or whatever it’s called), but I’m still not sure. Any thoughts?
Don't know if you've already mentioned this in a video but who do you think ikora is talking about in the tower when she says she can feel him on the edge of her mind in a vault or something along those lines.

I have a theory that all the enemies we see in this quest were ones that were once killed but resurrected by whatever is on the moon that's bringing back our strongest enemies. It's not beyond reason that something that can bring things back to life might be able to move them to a specific place in the ascendant realm, or even allow the resurrection on the essence tied to the bones found on the Bad Juju.

I believe the royal secret using death as a chrysalis could refer to Mara Sov. Having the secret of the awoken with her throne world being a place where if she dies, she regenerates.

If anyone gets a chance to read Dante's inferno, pugatorio and paradiso, I highly recommend it. It may be confusing at first read but after a couple times reading it it makes alot of sense and it's an amazing book.
I would think that this bad juju is toland's that was left in the crotas plane when he died mostly because it is somewhat different from the one we created in destiny one and also the fact that toland talked about it as if we never assembled the first one the connections of there being taken from the hellmouth there makes it seem like all acendant planes are connected to through another portal or are in the sea of screams meaning it wouldnt be to weird for there to be taken from there if the new heir to the throne has based themselves there or if since oryx was destroyed the power went to the closest thing to Oryx since we didnt usurp it which could be the oversoul throne anyways since tolands personality seems unlikely to leave behind something untested I would imagine he made his own bad juju to test the theory he had the fact that the journal was scattered could have been his journey in making it or purposefully seperating it to have those who assembled more open to his belief though it does seem a little farfetched
