Riff Johnson - MOUR (Official Music Video)

From my 2023 album "Full Stream Ahead", this song was a bit of a passion project. Rather unusual to my typical writing style, where I wanted to pay tribute to the legend, David Gilmour and the band Pink Floyd. The overall theme of the greedy and mighty always seeming to want "More" in their pursuits of grandeur, using the last four letters of David Gilmour's name seemed to fit perfectly. I had a lot of fun writing and finding interesting sounds to add to this track, including a timpani sample. The video shoot was even more epic in the desert in Phoenix, Arizona at Papago Park. That will always be a memorable experience. So, please enjoy and have some MOUR.
